Abstract

Corn on the cob is one form of business corn development management business from year to year increase. This is evident from the increasing number of merchants and buyers corn on the cob in Jalan Timor Raya kilometer 29 Oesao rice fields, but not yet clearly known what factors are affecting consumers in the purchase decision of corn on the cob in the Village Oesao.The purpose of this study were 1) to investigate the influence of cultural factors, social, personal and psychological partially on purchasing decisions boiled corn, 2) to determine the influence of cultural, social, personal and psychological simultaneously on purchasing decisions corn on the cob. Research conducted at the District Oesao Village East Kupang Kupang district in September 2019. Sub Oesao selected research areas purposively with consideration that the village Oesao selling corn on the cob is an area visited by many buyers. Respondent by chance (accidental sampling), that meet consumers were enjoying or buying corn on the cob at the study site with the number of respondents was 100 persons.The results based on linear regression analysis shows the influence of cultural variables, social, personal and psychological partially on purchasing decisions corn on the cob and the influence of cultural variables, social, personal and psychological simultaneously on purchasing decisions corn on the cob. Variables influence the cultural, social, personal and psychological influence on purchasing decisions powerful categorized in the amount of 68.4%.
