The arts and human life activities are inseparable. Decrease of the knowledge about regional arts has made lack of developed although the development of art has been increasing rapidly from time to time. Based on these problems, centralizing the facility that can accommodate art activities will be needing, neither by utilizing the traditional buildings of the region nor as the potential way to introducing regional culture nor for the identity of the community itself. This final project was aimed to centralize the facility that can accommodate each activities, also as the appreciation of the community itself, both from the region and from the outside region. Neither the using of traditional architecture as an introduction to wider communities, the facility is also expected to accommodating, exploring, developing, lifting, informing, nor preserving cultural arts, from traditional art forms into modern forms as the result of the creativity and activities from the community. The steps of this final project are including pre-research, research and design. The concept of this final project is using the form transformation, neither by transforming the traditional house of Dawan named lopo and umekabubu up into the art facilities nor transforming the facilities including auditoriums, art class, cinema and the traditional patterns of the village up into mass buildings pattern can be seen on the site plan. The approach of this application of form transformation are expecting to solve the problems above as the result.
