Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang with the object of research are employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang. The problems in this research are, (1) How are the skills, work experience, and performance of employees at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang? (2) Do skills have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang? (3) Does work experience have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang? (4) Do skills and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang? This research is an associative study which provides an explanation of the causal relationship between variables based on two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews and observation techniques. The sample in this study was probably 30 0rang. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the skills, work experience and performance of employees at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang (2) To measure job skills on employee performance at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang (3) To see the effect of work experience on employee performance at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang (4) To measure skills and work experience on employee performance at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang To analyze the data used descriptive statistical analysis techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that (1) Skills, experience and performance of employees at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang is very good, (2) Skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang. (3) Work Experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang. (4) Skills and Work Experience have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kupang. Thus the company must continue to improve and train the skills and work experience of employees in the company so that employees can work more effectively and efficiently by giving their best ability to achieve company goals.
