PENGELOLAAN IRIGASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN PETANI DI DESA NOELBAKI KECAMATAN KUPANG TENGAH KABUPATEN KUPANG

Abstract

This study aims to find out the management of joint business irrigation with Sago Water carried out by P3A in Noelbaki Village, Central Kupang District Kupang Regency and to determine the impact of business irrigation Utilization. Together with Air Sagu increasing Farmers Production and income in Noelbaki Village, Central Kupang District Kupang Regency. the determination of the localtion was carriedout intentionally (purposive sampling). Determination of the sample using  purposive sampling method as manyan 30 respondents.Data collectionin the study was carried out using the survey method. Tomeasure the level of irrigation managemenof the join ventureair sagu,Descriptive aquantitative analysis was carried out whit the system using ascore from the likert scale. Meanwhile, to fone out the amounof income optained by farmers from rice farming and horticulture, income analysis can be used,namely by calculating the difference between total revenue and all costs incurred of teha bersama air sagu in PD = TR – TC. The results showed that  the level of irrigation management in noelbaki  village, Kupang District Kupang Regency is the good category whit an averagescore of 3,75 and the percentage of achieving the maximums score of 75%.this because there is. Air Sagu irrigation has helped the farming of P3A air sagu members in terms of providing water to support the farming activities of P3A air sagu members so as to increase the standard of livingof members, the average income of lowland rice farmers is Rp.15.740.075, the average income of kale farmers is Rp.2.051.000, thea verage income of the sweet vegetable farmers is Rp.513.000,and the  average income of red chili farmers is Rp.56.183.500.
