Abstract
The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) for Health is an agency established by law to administer social security programs in the health sector. In carrying out its role the BPJS collaborates with hospitals. However, the collaboration between the two institutions has so far caused problems. The purpose of this study was to describe the collaboration between and Prof. General Hospital. W. Z.Yohanes Kupang and the Social Security Administration in health services. The method used is a qualitative method with in-depth and structured interview data collection methods of research informants. The results show that in the collaboration process, especially the face to face dialogue aspect and the joint commitment is not optimal, the actual information has been conveyed through dialogue, especially at the leadership level, it just does not reach all parts so there is often incomplete sending of supporting files to the control unit. Likewise, it works with a very good commitment, only sometimes it is stiff so that it only benefits one party. When something goes wrong or violates the rules, it cannot be tolerated even if there is an attempt to explain it
