This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlation research. The total sample involved in this research was 84 students taken using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used the Emotion Regulation Scale and Peer Group Acceptance Questionnaire developed by the researcher. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and correlation analysis with the SPSS application. The research results showed that as many as 43% (36 students) were in the low category for emotional regulation abilities. Furthermore, peer group acceptance is also in the low category with a percentage of 38% (32 students). The results of product moment correlation analysis show that emotional regulation has a significant relationship with peer group acceptance at a significance level of 0.05. Furthermore, it is known that relationships are positive so that the higher the emotional regulation, the higher the acceptance of the peer group. This research uses a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto type. A total of 154 adolescents aged 17-20 years and active social media users were involved. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and simple linear regression tests with SPSS Applications. The research findings show that teenagers' cyberbullying experience is in the low category (66%) and their level of self-confidence is in the medium category (64%). There is a significant negative influence between cyberbullying and self-confidence. These findings show that the higher the cyberbullying experienced, the lower the adolescent's self-confidence. Using qualitative research methods with a narrative approach, this research collected data through observation and interviews with homeroom teachers. The research results show that teachers use various teaching strategies to increase students' enthusiasm for learning, including interactive methods and emotional motivation. External factors such as the family and social environment also play a significant role in influencing students' enthusiasm for learning. This research concludes that the right approach can increase students' enthusiasm for learning, which in turn improves their achievement and quality of learning. The results obtained from the researchers' search are that CBT counseling using cognitive restructuring techniques is a form of service that will be carried out to intervene with low learning motivation. Cognitive restructuring is a service that can assist students in improving the concept of life and can change the rational mindset of an individual. Cognitive restructuring technique is a process of identifying and evaluating cognitive in a more realistic, precise and adaptive way of thinking. Low motivation to learn can cause a person to be unable to focus on following the lessons in class and may even have no interest in the learning process. Counseling cognitive behavior therapy with cognitive restructuring techniques can have an impact so that new behaviors emerge, in this study namely increasing motivation to learn in students. Online game addiction is caused by various aspects, one of which is low self-control in individuals. The problem in this study is the high level of online game addiction in students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of group counseling using reward and punishment techniques to increase self-control in reducing students' online game addiction. This type of research is quantitative using experimental method type one group pretest- postest design. The population in this study was class X students at SMK Negeri 2 Kupang City, totaling 32 people. The research sample was 8 students. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique. Measuring instruments in this study used scales and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and T test. Before being given treatment, the level of addiction to online game addiction was in the very high and high categories, and the level of self-control was in the medium and low categories. After being given treatment, the results showed that group counseling with reward and punishment techniques can effectively increase self-control in reducing students' online game addiction as shown by the T test analysis of the results of t <sub>count</sub> 213.76> t <sub>table </sub>69.788 online game addiction and t <sub>count</sub> 100.44> t <sub>table</sub> 20.125 self-control with a significance level of 0.5. It is concluded that the reward and punishment technique in group counseling is quite effective in increasing self-control in reducing students' online game addiction. This makes students confused and tends to be immature in the career choices of students. Therefore, this study aims to determine the description of career maturity in class XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Lobalain in the 2023/2024 school year. This research was conducted in the even semester, on March 02, 2024 at SMK Negeri 1 Lobalain. This type of research is using survey research. The population used in this study were all XII grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Lobalain in the 2023/2024 school year, totaling 259 students. The data collection technique in this study used a career maturity questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, namely standard deviation, interval class and percentage. The results showed that the career maturity of students was in the mature category with a percentage (69%) which showed that students were quite capable of entering the world of work or being able to compete in college after students completed their education at SMK. This is measured by aspects of career maturity.
