This study aims to determine and analyze both partially and simultaneously the influence of brand image and product quality on the purchase decision of scarlett products in Joeshop Kupang City. This study used brand image and product quality as independent variables and purchasing decision as dependent variables. The number of samples was 89 respondents, with the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing through t test, f test, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis using the SPSS 20 application. The results of this study show that partially brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, brand image and product quality have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of scarlett products at Joeshop Kupang City. From the results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis obtained the equation: Y = 25.130 + 0.373X1, +0.180X2, + 1.497. The results of the coefficient of determination showed that 56.4% of purchasing decisions could be explained by independent variables, namely brand image and product quality, while the remaining 43.6% of purchasing decisions were influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. For this reason, it is recommended that further researchers can research further about variables outside of this study that can influence purchasing decisions, as well as not only on Scarlett products but also on other products such as, Skintific, Hanasui, and Wardah
2024-07-01T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejurnal.undana.ac.id/index.php/JBM/article/view/20005PENGARUH BRAND AWARENESS DAN BRAND IAMGE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN LE MINERAL DI KOTA KUPANG2024-12-13T09:04:56+00:00Christanti Lodia Lankuyarjuna.purba@staf.undana.ac.idKhalid Moenardyarjuna.purba@staf.undana.ac.idJuita Bessiearjuna.purba@staf.undana.ac.id
This study aims to find out: (1) The influence of Brand Awareness has a partial effect on the Purchasing Decision of AMDK (Bottled Drinking Water) Le Mineral in Kupang City. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing of t test, f test, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis using the SPSS 26 application. The results of descriptive research show that overall respondents gave a very good perception assessment of Brand Awareness and Brand Image. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation: Y: Y = 11.910 + 0.241X1 + 0.554X2 + 5.223. The results of the t test show that brand awareness does not have a partial effect on purchasing decisions, while brand image has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the f test analysis show that brand awareness and brand image simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. Based on the Adjusted R2 value, it shows the contribution of brand awareness and brand image variables by 20.9%. While 79.1% was influenced by other variables outside this study. For this reason, its recommended for further researchers can expand the range of research by adding other independent variants such as price, product availability on the market, and product quality apart from the variables that have been studied in this study. In addition, further researchers should not use brand awareness variables on mature products or brands, and can use other research objects besides Le Minerale, such as Cleo, Nestle Pure Life, Vit, Club, Christalien, Ades, or local AMDK such as Aquamor, Aquafit and others.
2024-07-01T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejurnal.undana.ac.id/index.php/JBM/article/view/20007PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PT. This problem is caused by the lack of good quality control in the production process. This study aims to determine and analyze the quality control of jerky products, as well as to determine and explain the factors that cause product damage at Ibu Soekiran's Shop in Kupang City. By using analytical methods, namely Pareto Diagrams and cause-and-effect diagrams (Fishbone) to analyze the factors that cause product defects at Ibu Soekiran's Shop. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation of documentation and questionnaires. And the data analysis technique used in this research is to use qualitative data, which will be analyzed descriptively. Then given the proposed corrective actions and recommendations. The results of the analysis show that the company produces 20100 packs of beef jerky during 2023, and shows that Ibu Soekiran's shop still has not implemented quality control properly during 2023, where there are 2 types of defects, namely, moldy product defects with a total of 30 packs and a total percentage of 46% and product defects with hard/tough texture with a total of 35 packs and a total percentage of 54%. From the results of this study, the authors conclude that in its production activities the company is still lacking in implementing product quality control properly so that product damage occurs in jerky production. This can be seen from the many product defects caused by machine/equipment factors, human factors and the production process carried out. Therefore, the author proposes improvements to prevent the level of damage to jerky in the future by conducting more supervision and training of employees of Ibu Soekiran's Shop.
2024-07-01T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejurnal.undana.ac.id/index.php/JBM/article/view/20019ANALISIS ANGGARAN KAS SEBAGAI ALAT PERENCANAAN DAN PENGENDALIAN UNTUK MENGUKUR EFISIENSI KINERJA OPERASIONAL BANK PADA BPR CHRISTA JAYA2024-12-13T09:05:02+00:00Nefertiti Ludonyarjuna.purba@staf.undana.ac.idPius Bumi Kellenarjuna.purba@staf.undana.ac.idBei Marselinusarjuna.purba@staf.undana.ac.id
The study aims to analyze the cash budget as planning and controlling tool to measure the efficiency of operational performance at BPR Christa Jaya. The analysis was carried out using case study research with a descriptive quantitative approach of financial analysis. The focus of this study is on the cash planning and cash realization report from 2018-2022. The analysis of the calculation used is the analysis of Variance and operational efficiency ratio (BOPO), which is a component of forming the budget and cash realization. The results showed that BPR Christa Jaya has been doing cash planning for 5 years well because it planned an increase in net cash or surplus. However, in the cash control process, there are inconsistencies every year because there are cash receipts both from the registry and other operational activities that have not reached the amount, such as the cash budget, and cash expenditures that are still not controlled in 2020 and 2021 in terms of operating costs, so that in some posts they produce unfavorable variances. This resulted in fluctuations in operational performance efficiency. In 2018 and 2019, BPR Christa Jaya was able to maintain efficient operational performance, but in 2020–2022, there was a surge in the percentage of BOPO, so the operational performance of BPR Christa Jaya became inefficient.
2024-07-01T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejurnal.undana.ac.id/index.php/JBM/article/view/20020PERENCANAAN PRODUKSI KERUPUK SINGKONG PADA USAHA KECIL IBU WELHELMINA SUNBANU DI DESA OELETSALA KECAMATAN TAEBENU KABUPATEN KUPANG2024-12-13T09:05:03+00:00Ririn Marcelin Dukaarjuna.purba@staf.undana.ac.idFred Dethanarjuna.purba@staf.undana.ac.idLukas Hattuarjuna.purba@staf.undana.ac.id
This study aims to find out and explain the production planning of cassava crackers in the small business of Mrs. Welhelmina Sunbanu, Oeletsala Village, Taebenu District, Kupang Regency.
