LAJU TANGKAP PUKAT CINCIN PADA KM. ADIKA JAYA 05 DI PERAIRAN KUPANG WPPNRI 573

Abstract

Abstrak - Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mememahami terknik pengoperasian alat tangkap pukat cincin, laju tangkap ikan dalam kurun waktu satu tahun, komposisi hasil tangkapan ikan dalam setiap tripnya, dan menganalisis biaya operasional selama masa praktik. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan metode survei. Data primer diperoleh dari survei, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen kapal dan data produksi KMN. Adika Jaya 05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pengoperasian alat tangkap pukat cincin terdiri dari penurunan jaring setting dan hauling kegiatan tersebut harus dilakukan dengan cermat, teliti dan penuh kehati-hatian agar proses pengoperasian dapat berjalan dengan efisien, laju tangkap ikan dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun dengan nilai tertinggi terjadi pada bulan  febuari yaitu sejumlah 688 kg/trip dan terendah pada bulan november 75 kg/trip sedangkan komposisi hasil tangkapan dalam 3 bulan masa praktek apabila dikomparasikan hasil tangkapan ikan paling tinggi adalah jenis ikan Layang (Decapterus sp) sebesar 61% diikuti ikan Selar (Selaroides sp) sebesar 13%, ikan Kembung (Rastrelliger kanagurata) sebesar 13%, dan yang paling sedikit adalah ikan tongkol (Euthynnus affinis), dan biaya operasional yang dihitung selama 3 (tiga) bulan masa penelitian yaitu dengan pendapatan dengan jumlah Rp. 93.150.000 pengeluaran Rp.56.794.773 dan memporoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp. 42.122.620. sedangkan rata-rata Benefit Cost Of Rasio dan (BCR) sebesar 1,58 artinya usaha layak untuk diteruskan diperoleh. Laju tangkap ikan pada kapal KM. Adika Jaya 05 mengulai fluktuasi dalam setiap periode waktu tertentu hal ini karena beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi seperti angin dan musim.

Abstract - The purpose of this study is to understand the technique of operating purse seine fishing gear, the rate of fish catch within one year, the composition of fish catches in each trip, and analyze operational costs during the practice period. This research uses descriptive analysis with survey method. Primary data were obtained from surveys, interviews, and documentation. Secondary data were obtained from ship documents and KMN production data Adika Jaya 05. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the operation of purse seine fishing gear consists of lowering the net setting and hauling these activities must be carried out carefully, carefully and carefully so that the operation process can run efficiently, the rate of fish catch within a period of 1 year with the highest value occurs in the month of February which is a total of 688 kg / trip and the lowest in November 75 kg / trip while the composition of the catch in 3 months of practice when compared the highest fish catch is the type of Kite (decapterus sp) by 61% followed by Mackerel (selaroides sp) by 13%, Mackerel (rastrelliger kanagurata) by 13%, and the least is tuna (euthynnus affinis), and the operational costs calculated during the 3 (three) month practice period are with an income of Rp. 93,150,000 expenses Rp. 93,150,000 expenses Rp.56 794,773 and profit of Rp. 42,122,620. while the average Benefit Cost Of Ratio and (BCR) of 1.58 means that the business is feasible to continue to be obtained.
