ABSTRACT
Base Sector And Its Implication In Kupang Economic Growth: Economic growth in the region is
the increase of people's income as a whole is happening in the region, which is the entire value
added (added value) happened. In view accretion from one period to the next period of time, it
must be stated in real value expressed in constant prices. The analysis used in this research is
the Location quotient (LQ), Shift share and Typology Klasen to analyze the sector Basis and
Implications of economic growth kupang district. The results obtained in this study, the basic
sector district mussels are agriculture, mining and quarrying, processing industry, sectors
procurement of electricity, gas, construction sector, trade sector and retail: repair of cars and
motorcycles and sector yanng positive implications to economic growth kupang district is
agriculture, wholesale and retail trade: repair of cars and motorcycles, transportation and
warehousing, construction sector and the sector of government administration, defense and
compulsory social security.

EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENERIMAAN RETRIBUSI AIR MINUM PADA PDAM TIRTA KOMODO KABUPATEN MANGGARAI

Abstract

The title of this research is "Effectiveness of Service in Increasing Water Levy
Drainage Receipt at PDAM Tirta Komodo Kabupaten Manggarai". Services provided by the
government should prioritize service to the community is no exception government apparatus
Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Komodo. This study aims to find out how Service
Evektifitas In Improving Reception of Water Levies on PDAM Tirta Komodo Manggarai
Regency. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive data assessment. In data
collection, researchers used interview and observation techniques. Informants in this study
amounted to 42 where PDAM customers amounted to 38 informants and PDAM officers
amounted to 4 people consisting of the Director, the service, the financial administration and
technical section. The results of this study indicate that in 2015 Service Effectiveness in
Improving Water Levies Drainage at PDAM Tirta Komodo Manggarai Regency categorized
less effective with the average presentation of 79.84%.

PENGARUH INFRASTRUKTUR TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS EKONOMI DI PROVINSI NTT

ABSTRACT

Economic productivity is one indicator measure the success of economic development
in a region. Adequate infrastructure can reduce production costs will also increase economic
productivity. This study aims to determine whether the factors of production represented by
infrastucture (roads, electricity, and water) have a significant influence and contribution to
the output represented by the Gross Domestic Regional Product, for the government to set
policy direction in the development of infrastructure in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT)
province. This study used time series data from 1990 to 2016 for 22 District/City in NTT. To
find the result of the BLUE Best Linear Unbiased Estimator), then do the test assumptions
such as Autocorrelation, Heterocedasticity, and Multicolinearity. Multiple linear regression
analysis done using application eViews 3.0 .Rregression result show that infrastructure have
significant effect to economic productivity. So the policy implications of the result of this
study is that the government should pay more attention to road, electricity, and water
development because of infrastructure will greatly contribute in the economic productivity of
NTT province.

POTENSI PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI KABUPATEN TIMOR TENGAH SELATAN

ABSTRACT

Economic development is one of the efforts to create a welfare society. Therefore,
the results of economic development should be enjoyed by all people as a form of
welfare improvement in physical and spiritual fair and equitable manner. Each
regional economic development efforts has the main objective to increase the
number and types of employment opportunities for the community. This study is
an effort to find out the basic sector in promoting economic growth, and the
contribution of potential sectors to economic growth in the region of South
Central Timor. The analysis is Location Quotient (LQ) equipped Shift Share
analysis. The results obtained in this study is that becomes the base sector or the
potential for economic growth in South Central Timor are: Mining and Quarrying
Sector Agriculture Forestry Fisheries and Real Estate Sector.

PERSEPSI NASABAH TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN INTERNET BANKING

ABSTRACT
Usage Internet banking is one of the services of banking non-cash products
provided by the management of banking services as a means of payment using
the Internet network to process transactions.The core problem in this research is
1) how the customer perception of information technology on internet banking
usage? 2) how are the risks faced by customers on the use of internet
banking?The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by
using Likert scale and weighting from distributed questionnaires. The results
prove that Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) has applied various advances in
information technology to provide BNI customers various benefits when using
internet banking services. Customers enjoy the elements of speed, the element of
convenience, security elements and elements of convenience in transactions using
internet banking. The results of research also shows that the application of
technology does not cover the level of risk experienced by customers when using
internet banking servicesBased on the results of research can be concluded that
the perception of BNI customers to technology on the use of internet banking so
that researchers suggest to BNI to do a lot of promotion to introduce internet
banking more lua among society. Furthermore, for other researchers who want to
investigate with the same problem menyaraknan to use the latest data so that
obtained can show comparison of internet banking development from year to
year.
