ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKSI USAHATANI JAGUNG DI KELURAHAN TUATUKAKECAMATAN KUPANG TIMUR KABUPATEN KUPANG

Abstract

This research aimed to know the revenue and knowing the factors that affect the production of corn farming. Data was collected by interviews using questionnaires. Tabulated and analyzed used the Cobb-Douglass production function model. The results showed that the total average income per hectare of corn farming was Rp 7,633,867.17 with an average revenue per acre was Rp 10,967,049.81 and average total cost per hectare was Rp3,333,182.64. The factors that affect the production are land (X 1), fertilizer (X 2), pesticides (X 3), labor (X 4), seed (X 5). From the results of the regression function Cobb-Douglass, determination coefficients (R2) was 0.918. Test results of F (test diversity) obtained that factors x 1, x 2, x 3, X 4 and x 5 influenting corn production. While the results of the test t (partial test) obtained that factors which influenced corn farming were land (X 1) and seed (X 5), while the fertilizer (X 2), pesticides (X 3) and labor (X 4) has no effect on corn production and corn farming economies of scale was in Return to scale

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani jagung. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuisioner. Ditabulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan model fungsi produksi cobb-douglass. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya total rata-rata pendapatan perhektar usahatani jagung di lokasi penelitian sebesar Rp 7.633.867,17 dengan total rata-rata penerimaan perhektar sebesar Rp 10.967.049,81 dan total rata-rata biaya perhektar Rp 3.333.182,64 Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi adalah lahan (X₁), pupuk (X₂), pestisida (X₃), tenaga kerja (X₄), benih (X₅). Dari hasil regresi dengan fungsi Cobb-Douglass nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,918. Dari hasil uji F (uji keragaman) diperoleh bahwa faktor X₁, X₂, X₃, X₄ dan X₅ berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi jagung pada ⍺ 5% maka terima H₁ minimal salah satu dari : βi ≠ 0. Sedangkan dari hasil uji t (uji parsial) diperoleh bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap peningkatan produksi jagung yaitu lahan (X₁) dan benih (X₅), sedangkan pupuk (X₂), pestisida (X₃) dan tenaga kerja (X₄) tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi jagung dan Skala ekonomi usahatani jagung berada pada kondisi Incresing Return to scale.
