ANALISIS PENENTUAN HARGA POKOK DAN HARGA JUAL KOPI BUBUK ARABIKA FLORES BAJAWA DI KOPERASI PAPA WIU KELURAHAN MANGULEWA KECAMATAN GOLEWA BARAT KABUPATEN NGADA

Abstract

This research was carried out at Koperasi Papa Wiu, Mangulewa Village, West Golewa Subdistrict, Ngada Regency, in February-March 2018. The purpose of this study was to find out 1). The determination of Basic Prices and Selling Prices of packaging-based products and 2). Difference of benefits between packages selling of Flores Bajawa Arabica ground coffee at Koperasi Papa Wiu, Mangulewa Village, West Golewa Subdistrict, Ngada Regency. Data collected in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews with respondents who are guided by questionnaires and secondary data obtained from documents that have relevance to the research objectives.      The cost price method is used to find the benefit that had obtained by cooperative. Than using cost pricing method the selling price off  packing product. With the plus cost price method, the selling price of the product is calculated by adding up the total cost of packaging the product with a certain amount as the desired profit on the product produced.   The results showed that Papa Wiu Cooperative located in Mangulewa Village, West Golewa Subdistrict, Ngada Regency, sold products worth Rp. 40,000 while the Cost of Production is Rp. 12. 585 so that the average profit obtained by the Cooperative is Rp. 27,415  for each package.

Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Koperasi Papa Wiu Kelurahan Mangulewa Kecamatan Golewa Barat Kabupaten Ngada pada bulan Februari-Maret 2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1). Penetapan Harga Pokok dan Harga Jual Produk berbasis kemasan dan 2). Perbedaan Keuntungan yang diperoleh dari tiap kemasan penjualan kopi bubuk Arabika Flores Bajawa di Koperasi Papa Wiu Kelurahan Mangulewa Kecamatan Golewa Barat Kabupaten Ngada.Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan responden yang berpedoman pada daftar pertanyaan dan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen yang mempunyai relevansi dengan tujuan penelitian.Untuk mengetahui keuntungan yang diperoleh Koperasi, digunakan Metode Harga Biaya Plus. Dengan metode harga biaya plus, harga jual perkemasan produk dihitung dengan menjumlahkan seluruh biaya perkemasan produk dengan jumlah tertentu sebagai laba yang dikehendaki pada produk yang dihasilkan.    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Koperasi Papa Wiu yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Mangulewa Kecamatan Golewa Barat Kabupaten Ngada menjual produk seharga Rp. 40.000 sementara Harga Pokok Produksi sebesar Rp. 12.585 sehingga rata-rata keuntungan yang diperoleh Koperasi adalah sebesar Rp. 27.415 untuk tiap kemasannya.
