ANALISIS PEMASARAN KOPI ARABIKA PADA KOPERASI PRIMER PAPA TAKI DESA BORANI KECAMATAN BAJAWA KABUPATEN NGADA

Abstract

This research was conducted at Papa Taki Primary Cooperative, Borani Village, Bajawa district, Ngada Regency in February 2018. This study aims to determine coffee post-harvest activities, coffee processing, coffee marketing channels, how much income, how much margin and farmer's share, and how much coffee marketing efficiency. The number of samples studied were 69 people. Determination of the sample location using purposive sampling method. Data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that post-harvest coffee activities are sorting, mining I, pulping, II mining, skin sorting, fermentation, washing of fermented coffee beans, wet HS coffee drying. Coffee processing in the research area is in accordance with the established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). There is one coffee marketing channel that occurs at the research location, namely from the Farmers - Sub UPH  - UPH - Consumers. The marketing margin between farmers and the UPH Sub-Department is Rp 5,000 per kg and the farmer’s share is 44%. Efficient marketing channel with EC value = 6.76% or <50%.

 

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Koperasi Primer Papa Taki Desa Borani Kecamatan Bajawa Kabupaten Ngada pada bulan Februari 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktifitas pasca panen kopi, pengolahan kopi, saluran pemasaran kopi, berapa besar pendapatan, berapa besar margin dan farmer’s share, dan berapa besar efisiensi pemasaran kopi. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 69 orang. Penentuan lokasi sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposife sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas pasca panen kopi adalah sortasi, perambangan I, pengupasan kulit buah (pulping), perambangan II, sortasi kulit, fermentasi, pencucian biji kopi yang telah difermentasi, penjemuran kopi HS Basah. Pengolahan kopi didaerah penelitian sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Procedur (SOP) yang telah ditetapkan. Terdapat satu saluran pemasaran kopi yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian yaitu dari Petani – Sub UPH ­- UPH – Konsumen. Marjin pemasaran antara petani dengan Sub UPH sebesar Rp 5.000 per Kg dan farmer’s share sebesar 44 %. Saluran pemasaran efisien dengan nilai EC = 6,76 % atau < 50 %.
