ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI DAN RUGI LABA PRODUK TEMPE

(Studi Kasus Pada Home Industry “Berkat Ilahi” Kelurahan Bakunase

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the calculation of the production cost of tempe through a joint cost method with a full costing approach, calculate the loss/profi t and Break Event Point of tempe in the “Berkat Ilahi” Home Industry. The data collection was carried out on the “Berkat Ilahi” Home Industry RT 010/RW 004 Bakunase Village, Raja City, Kupang Sub district, which took place from May to June 2018. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis utilized descriptive, qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results showed that (1)The total cost of tempeproduction in the “Berkat Ilahi” Home Industry which was calculated using the full costing method was equal to Rp 56.586.806 with a cost of goods manufactured per unit, tempe with size 60 x 8 cm Rp 3.559, tempe with size 52 x 8 cm Rp 3.558, tempe with size 38.5 x 8 cm Rp 2.849 and tempe with size 18 x 8 cm Rp 1.185. (2)“Berkat Ilahi” Home Industry loss/profit reports indicated that the “Berkat Ilahi” Home Industry obtained profi ts in May 2018 equal to Rp 23.850.984 (3) From the calculation of BEP, tempe with size of 60 x 8 cm, 52 x 8 cm and 18 x 8 cm were conducive and feasible to work but tempe with size of 38.5 x 8 cm was not profi table if the amount of production was < BEP price so it was not feasible to keep on the production.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perhitungan harga pokok produksi tempe melalui metode biaya bersama dengan pendekatan full costing, menghitung rugi/laba dan Break Event Point produk tempe pada Home Industry “Berkat Ilahi”.Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada Home Industry “Berkat Ilahi” RT 010/ RW 004 Kelurahan Bakunase Kecamatan Kota Raja Kota Kupang yang berlangsung sejak bulan Mei hingga bulan Juni 2018. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Total harga pokok produksi tempe pada Home Industry “Berkat Ilahi” yang dihitung dengan menggunakan metode full costing adalah sebesar Rp 56.586.806 dengan harga pokok produksi per unit , tempe ukuran 60 x 8 cm: Rp 3.559, tempe ukuran 52 x 8 cm: Rp 3.558, tempe ukuran 38,5 x 8 cm : Rp 2.849dan tempe ukuran 18 x 8 cm Rp 1.185. (2) Laporan Rugi/Laba Home Industry “Berkat Ilahi” menunjukkan bahwa Home Industry “Berkat Ilahi” memperoleh laba pada bulan Mei 2018 sebesar Rp 23.850.984. (3) Dari perhitungan BEP, tempe ukuran 60 x 8 cm, 52 x 8 cm dan 18 x 8 cm mengutungkan dan layak diusahakan namun tempe ukuran 38,5 x 8 cm tidak menguntungkan apabila jumlah produksi ˂ BEP harga sehingga tidak layak untuk tetap di usahakan
