ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL USAHATANI JA- GUNG DI KECAMATAN MOLLO TENGAH KABUPATEN TIMOR TENGAH SELATAN

Abstract

The survey was conducted at Center Mollo Sub District of South Central Timor Regency, with the Villages sample of Pika Village and Oel’Ekam Village. This study aims were to know: (1) the amount of maize farming incomeat Center Mollo Sub District of South Central Timor Regency; (2) the financial feasibility of maize farming at Center of Mollo district of South Central Timor Regency. The method used in this research was survey method. Determination of research location using purposive sampling method, while the determination of farmers sample used simple random sampling method by using slovin formulas, so that the sample of 76 farmers was obtained. The data collected were analyzed and to answer the first objective of income analysis I = TR - TC (to- tal revenue minus total cost), while to answer the second objective, use the investment criteria of NPV, IRR and Net B/C. The results showed: (1) Based on the results analysis, the total income of maize farming at Center of Mollo Sub District was Rp.104.930.491 with average income each respondent farmers was Rp. 1,380,664 and average income each hectare was Rp. 1.925.330. (2) The maize farming financial was feasible to run, this is seen from the value of NPV that gives profit as big as Rp. 1.327.938, where this value was biger than zero, IRR value biger than the interest rate as big as 12% that was equal to 22,32% and Net B / C value was biger than Rp.1 that was equal to Rp.1,24 which indicate that each cost incurred Rp.1 will give benefits of Rp.1,24.
