ANALISIS USAHATANI SAYUR SAWI CAISIM (BRASSICA PARA CHINENSIS) PADA KELOMPOK TANI KASIH IBU DAN SAWI PUTIH DI KELURAHAN OEBUFU KECAMATAN OEBOBO KOTA KUPANG NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR
Abstract
This study aims to determine the costs, income and feasibility of caisim mustard farming in the Kasih Ibu and Sawi Putih farmer group in Oebufu, Oebufu Village, Oebobo District, Kupang City in 2021. This research was carried out from November to December 2021. The primary data collection method used survey methods. by interviewing 36 respondents based on the prepared questionnaire, followed by in-depth observation of the research object. Secondary data was obtained from various agencies, including the Central Bureau of Statistics for Districts, Districts and Provinces, and documentation of research results such as Research Institutes, as well as articles available electronically. The collected data were then analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
The results showed that (1) the average cost of farming Caisim mustard (Brassica Para chinensis) at the research location per respondent per year amounted to Rp. 6,864,333.33, which consisted of fixed costs with an average of Rp. 2,143,333.33 per year per farmer and the average variable cost is Rp. 4,721,000 per year per farmer and the average income from mustard vegetable farming is Rp. 19,546,031.33 per year per farmer; (2) The average income of Caisim mustard (Brassica Para chinensis) farming per person per year is Rp. 12,681,698.67. (3) The analysis of the break-even point of Caisim mustard farming shows that the Break Event Point (BEP) value for BEP Production is 49,420 Kg while the BEP production price is Rp. 1,197. (4) Feasibility of farming Caisim mustard (Brassica Para chinensis). The results of the analysis of the R/C ratio show a value of 2.84, meaning that each expenditure of Rp.1,000 can provide an income of Rp. Thus, it can be concluded that Caisim mustard (Brassica Para chinensis) farming is very profitable and feasible to be developed.
