The method use in this study is survey method, the data used consist of primary and secondary data, determination of respondents is done by purposive sampling by using the keyperson technique totaling 10 people. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis by using SWOT analysis (IFAS-EFAS analysis, SWOT quadrant, and SWOT matrix). The study result show that internal factor which includes the main power in affect the development of coffe processing business in WulangPariCoffe is knowledge and skills owned by the processor, have many product variants, stable product quality, attractive packaging, and special and unique taste. While, the main weakness is limited capital, limited equipment, limited skilled workforce, and unorganized management. While, external factors which includes the main opportunities that most affect coffe processing business development in WulangPariCoffe is wide market coverage, a lot of promotion, increased product demand, development of science and technology, the growing trend of drinking coffe among young people, and good relationship with customers. while the main threat is emergence of new competitors, many local coffe business and coffe from outside Manggarai, price fluctuation, there is a Covid-19 pandemic and product price variations.</p> <p>Coffe development business strategy in research sites focused on aggressive strategy. This study aims to determine the competitiveness of seaweed cultivation and the effect of changes in local prices, international prices, and decreased production on the competitiveness of seaweed in Hawu Mehara District, District Sabu Raijua. The results showed that the seaweed cultivation business in Lobohede Village, Hawu Mehara District, Sabu Raijua Regency had competitiveness, both competitive and comparative, with the PCR (competitive) value obtained was 0.63 and the DRC value (comparative) was 0.60 and based on sensitivity analysis, the competitiveness of seaweed cultivation in Hawu Mehara District did not change except when production decreased, even when production decreased by 25%, seaweed cultivation business still had competitiveness as illustrated by the DRC value &lt; 1 (0.85) then when production decreases to 50%, seaweed cultivation does not have DRC competitiveness &gt; 1 (1.20).</p> Pelipus Pilo Haga, Wiendiyati Wiendiyati, Sondang S. This research aim to determine the interest of rural youth on lowland rice farming, what socio-economic factors that affect rural youth’s interest in lowland rice farming. The research was determined intentionally with 82 rural youth as respondents using the Slovin formula. The type of data collected were primary data and secondary data. The data collected was then analyzed using the average skor to determine the first objective, and using multiple linear regrssion analysis to determine the second objective.</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results showed that: (1) The interest of rural youth at Mata Air Village, Central Kupang Subdistrict, Kupang Regency with a maximum skor of 32 or (40%). The average skor obtained is 64% with the category of “Quite Interested”. (2) Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the land area factor are,age and land ownership status have a significant effect on the interest of rural youth. Determination of the sample using&nbsp; purposive sampling method as manyan 30 respondents.Data collectionin the study was carried out using the survey method. Tomeasure the level of irrigation managemenof the join ventureair sagu,Descriptive aquantitative analysis was carried out whit the system using ascore from the likert scale. Meanwhile, to fone out the amounof income optained by farmers from rice farming and horticulture, income analysis can be used,namely by calculating the difference between total revenue and all costs incurred of teha bersama air sagu in PD = TR – TC. To determine the sample, the institution or link used the snowballing sample method in which the institution that &nbsp;involved was Yaspensel with 18 staffs and 1 small trader. To answer of objective 1 , the data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively with the approach of product , financial , and information flow, while to find out the purpose of 2 the data was analyzed quantitatively by using marketing margin analysis and profit and cost ratios.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results showed that : 1) The condition of the sorghum supply chain in Kawalelo village is good, according the product flow, financial flow and information flow. Product flows in the form of sorghum rice is on channel 1 and channel 3 and sorghum cereal is on channel 2. Financial flows that are formed at the level of farmers,Yaspensel, small traders and final consumers are paid in cash. The research wass carried out at Pledo Village, Witihama subdistrict, East Flores Regency. Analyisi of Perceptions and interest using spearman rank analysis while the factors that influence perceptions and interest with qualitative descriptive analysis.</p> <p>The results showed that the youths perception of work as a farmer was not good, some of the youth were uncomfortable working as a farmer. For them, work as a farmer is a job that destroys physical appearance and that is work for parents. The same thing also happened to youth interest, the relationship between youth’s perception and interest in working as a farmer was obtained by a correlation coefficient of 0,64 with t<sup>-count </sup>of 6,61 which was greater than t<sup>-table</sup> 1,6698(6,61&gt;1,6698). This shows that there is a significant relationship between perceptions and interest of youth in working as farmers. The factors that influence the perception af Village youth toward s work as farmers in the research location consist of two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. This research was carried out from November to December 2021. The primary data collection method used survey methods. by interviewing 36 respondents based on the prepared questionnaire, followed by in-depth observation of the research object. Secondary data was obtained from various agencies, including the Central Bureau of Statistics for Districts, Districts and Provinces, and documentation of research results such as Research Institutes, as well as articles available electronically. The collected data were then analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis.</p> <p>The results showed that (1) the average cost of farming Caisim mustard (Brassica Para chinensis) at the research location per respondent per year amounted to Rp. 6,864,333.33, which consisted of fixed costs with an average of Rp. 2,143,333.33 per year per farmer and the average variable cost is Rp. 4,721,000 per year per farmer and the average income from mustard vegetable farming is Rp. 19,546,031.33 per year per farmer; (2) The average income of Caisim mustard (Brassica Para chinensis) farming per person per year is Rp. 12,681,698.67. (3) The analysis of the break-even point of Caisim mustard farming shows that the Break Event Point (BEP) value for BEP Production is 49,420 Kg while the BEP production price is Rp. 1,197. (4) Feasibility of farming Caisim mustard (Brassica Para chinensis). The results of the analysis of the R/C ratio show a value of 2.84, meaning that each expenditure of Rp.1,000 can provide an income of Rp.
