Abstract

The discourse around national borders certainly will not be possible regardless of the problem of a country's territory, because the "state boundary” itself is actually a separator of geographical regional units (physical, social, and cultural) which is controlled by a country. then the description and analysis around the problem of national borders in the perspective of international law will be more focused on several important aspects, including the conception of national borders, the determination of national borders based on international legal concepts, and theories of managing national territories.
