PENGGUNAAN WILAYAH PERAIRAN NTT OLEH NEGARA TIMOR LESTE DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM LAUT INTERNASIONAL

Abstract

Although the sea in the Oecuse District of Timor Leste situated by the sea of Indonesia, it does not mean Timor Leste does not use this area. Based on article 19 UNCLOS 1982 about the innocent passage, as an entry point for Timor Leste for using the sea of Indonesia especially the sea in the area of NTT Province.
