Abstract

Opportunities for community participation in the formation of Regional Regulations and Village Regulations have been opened and justified academically and juridically, but there are still a number of challenges that need serious attention. In order to get the data, the type of research used is normative juridical research is the type of research that will be used and is accompanied by the use of a statutory approach (Statue approach) and a conceptual approach. This research is made based on methods by examining existing literature such as laws and regulations, books relating to the issue to be solved, as well as dictionaries and encyclopedias.
