Methods: This study employed a quantitative descriptive method with an observational approach. The study subjects were all students present at the time of the examination (112 students). The examination included anthropometric measurements (height and weight), eye examinations (visual acuity, color blindness, conjunctiva, sclera), ears (earwax), nose (signs of upper respiratory tract infection), neck (thyroid), teeth and mouth (caries, hygiene), and extremities (tremor). Data were analyzed descriptively in terms of frequency and percentage. Results: The results showed that 31.2% of students had abnormal nutritional status (16.1% underweight, 19.6% overweight). Reduced visual acuity was found in 12.5% of students, earwax in 13.4%, dental caries in 27.7%, poor oral hygiene in 25%, signs of upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) in 9.8%, pale conjunctiva in 8%, partial color blindness in 2.7%, and tremors in 0.9%. No thyroid enlargement was found. Conclusion: Health issues such as abnormal nutritional status, decreased visual acuity, dental caries, and earwax buildup were found at relatively high rates. Zainjuanclaudionon21@gmail.com<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan sekolah serta mendeskripsikan status kesehatan siswa SD Negeri Jemur Wonosari 1, meliputi aspek antropometri, kesehatan indra, kebersihan diri, dan fungsi neurologis dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 16 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pemeriksaan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Juni 2025 menggunakan alat-alat Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) seperti microtoise, timbangan, kartu Snellen, kartu Ishihara, otoskop sederhana, spatel lidah, senter, serta lembar observasi. Prosedur meliputi pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan, perhitungan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT), pemeriksaan mata, hidung, telinga, gigi, dan tes tremor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata IMT siswa sebesar 17,4 kg/m². Status gizi normal ditemukan pada 43,75% siswa, kurus hingga sangat kurus 37,5%, serta gemuk hingga obesitas 18,75%. Kebersihan telinga dalam kategori kotor mencapai 56,25%, karies gigi 25%, masalah hidung (sekret berlebih dan bendungan lendir) 18,75%, sementara ketajaman mata normal pada 93,75% siswa dan seluruh siswa (100%) negatif tremor. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa secara umum kesehatan siswa SD Negeri Jemur Wonosari 1 tergolong cukup baik pada aspek mata dan fungsi neurologis, namun ditemukan masalah prioritas yang memerlukan intervensi segera, yaitu kebersihan telinga yang buruk, status gizi ganda (kurus dan gemuk), karies gigi, serta gangguan hidung. This study aims to analyze the implementation of health checks for grade 3 students and evaluate the condition of UKS facilities at SDN Tanah Kali Kedinding V Surabaya. The method used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that although UKS facilities are adequate, their implementation is not optimal. As many as 30% of students have visual impairments and another 30% have nutritional problems. The main causes are the lack of activity of UKS officers and the absence of an integrated examination schedule. It is recommended that schools reactivate the UKS function, train little doctors, and collaborate with health centers to support regular examination programs and ongoing health education. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a survey and observation approach. Data collection techniques include direct observation of sanitation facilities and waste management, semi-structured interviews with teachers and students, and height and weight measurements of 30 fifth-grade students. The results of the study indicate that the general condition of the school environment is good, with well-maintained toilets, the availability of soapy handwashing facilities, and regular waste management. Awareness of the school community in implementing PHBS is quite high, but the interview results indicate the need for ongoing hygiene education. The UKS program has been running but still requires strengthening socialization and involvement of the entire school community. The results of anthropometric measurements show variations in student nutritional status, with some students being underweight or overweight. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket tertutup yang dibagikan kepada 30 orang siswa dari kelas XA dan XI IPS sebagai responden. Fokus penelitian terletak pada persepsi siswa terhadap ketersediaan, kelayakan, dan kenyamanan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana PJOK dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum siswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana PJOK di sekolah. Mayoritas responden menyatakan bahwa peralatan yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran tersedia dalam jumlah yang cukup, layak pakai, dan aman. Meskipun demikian, terdapat sejumlah keterbatasan seperti kurangnya lapangan tertentu, tidak tersedianya meja tenis, serta beberapa alat olahraga yang belum lengkap, yang menyebabkan beberapa siswa harus bergantian dalam penggunaan peralatan.Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa tidak mengalami kesulitan signifikan dalam mengikuti pelajaran PJOK, walaupun terdapat keterbatasan. Faktor kelengkapan fasilitas dinilai berpengaruh terhadap kenyamanan dan motivasi siswa dalam berpartisipasi aktif selama kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa meskipun terdapat beberapa keterbatasan, sarana dan prasarana PJOK di SMA Negeri 3 Fatuleu telah cukup mendukung proses pembelajaran secara efektif.
