The methods used<br>include observation, interviews with questionnaires, and documentation of 75 consumers<br>at three purposively selected restaurants, namely Depot Aroma, Depot Kahang Jaya, and<br>Depot Bambu Kuning. Data were analyzed using correlation, multiple linear regression,<br>partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination with SPSS 25. The results<br>showed that price had no significant effect on consumer preferences, while product quality,<br>location, service, and promotion had a partial significant effect. Simultaneously, the five<br>variables had a significant effect on consumer preferences with a coefficient of<br>determination (R²) of 0.961. This means that 96.1% of the variation in consumer<br>preferences can be explained by the research variables, while 3.9% is influenced by other<br>factors. These findings indicate the importance of improving product quality, location,<br>service, and promotion in attracting consumer preferences.</p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh terhadap harga, kualitas produk, lokasi, pelayanan serta &nbsp;promosi yang dilakukan terhadap preferensi kepada penguna terhadap pembelian &nbsp;se’i babi di Kota Kupang.&nbsp;Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi.&nbsp;Kuesioner disebar kepada 75 konsumen di tiga restorbaban se’i babi selama satu bulan.&nbsp;Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis korelasi dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS.&nbsp;Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sementara kualitas produk, lokasi, pelayanan, dan promosi berkontribusi pada preferensi konsumen.&nbsp;Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,961 berarti kelima variabel menjelaskan 96,1% variasi preferensi konsumen.&nbsp;Hasil ini penting untuk pengelola usaha se’i babi dalam memahami preferensi konsumen. This study was conducted using a completely randomized design, which included four treatments and five replications. There were 20 experimental units because each replication consisted of five chickens. P0 was not given faloak skin extract, P1 was given 2.5 ml of faloak extract per liter of drinking water, P2 was given 3 ml of faloak extract per liter and P3 was given 3.5 ml of faloak extract per liter. This study examined final body weight, carcass, non-carcass and abdominal fat products. Analysis of Variance, or ANOVA, was used to analyze the study data. The results of the statistical analysis showed no significant effect (P&gt;0.05) on final body weight, carcass percentage, non-carcass and abdominal fat percentage after the administration of faloak extract in drinking water (P value above 0.05). Administration of faloak extract with a concentration of 3.5 ml/L of drinking water did not have any effect on overall body weight, non-carcass percentage and abdominal fat percentage.</p> <p>Kajian ini menyelidiki bagaimana berat badan akhir ayam pedaging, persentase karkas, non-karkas dan lemak perut dipengaruhi oleh penambahan ekstrak kulit faloak ke dalam air minum. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan memakai rancangan acak lengkap, yang mencakup empat perlakuan dan lima kali ulangan. Ada 20 unit percobaan karena setiap ulangan terdiri dari lima ayam. P0 tidak diberi ekstrak kulit faloak, P1 diberi 2,5 ml ekstrak faloak per liter air minum, P2 diberi 3 ml ekstrak faloak per liter dan P3 diberi 3,5 ml ekstrak faloak per liter. Kajian ini meneliti berat badan akhir, produk karkas, non-karkas dan lemak perut. Analisis Varians, atau ANOVA, dipakai untuk menganalisis data kajian. Hasil analisis statistik terlihat n tidak ada efek nyata (p&gt;0,05) BB akhir, persentase karkas, persentase non karkas dan persentase lemak abdomen setelah pemberian ekstrak faloak dalam air minum (nilai P di atas 0,05). A total of 12 fattening Bali cattle, aged 2–2.5 years, with body weights ranging from 147–189 kg (average 168.08±15.50 kg) and a coefficient of variation of 9.22%, were used in this study. The experimental design used was a <strong>Completely Randomized Design (CRD)</strong> with <strong>4 treatments and 3 replications</strong><strong>.</strong> The treatments applied were: <strong>P0:</strong> farmer feeding pattern (leucaena) + concentrate feed without substitution; <strong>P1:</strong> farmer feeding pattern (leucaena) + concentrate (substitution of rice bran with TTJF 25% and ground corn with TTJF 15%); <strong>P2:</strong> farmer feeding pattern (leucaena) + concentrate (substitution of rice bran with TTJF 35% and ground corn with TTJF 25%); <strong>P3:</strong> farmer feeding pattern (leucaena) + concentrate (substitution of rice bran with TTJF 45% and ground corn with TTJF 35%). The collected data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed that the average body temperature (°C) was 36.80±1.50 for P0, 38.07±0.25 for P1, 38.47±0.23 for P2, and 37.93±0.64 for P3. Respiration rates (breaths/minute) were 18.53±2.20 for P0, 20.93±0.83 for P1, 21.60±1.59 for P2, and 19.93±1.90 for P3. Heart rates (beats/minute) were 80.73±21.59 for P0, 85.07± 6.27 for P1, 90.07±11.49 for P2, and 85.40±3.22 for P3. The ANOVA results indicated that the treatments had no significant effect on body temperature, respiration rate, or heart rate of fattening Bali cattle. It can be concluded that substituting energy sources in concentrate feed with fermented corn cob flour is able to maintain the physiological conditions of fattening Bali cattle.</p> <p>Tujuan kajian ini adalah menentukan suhu tubuh, frekuensi pernapasan, dan denyut jantung sapi Bali penggemukan setelah substitusi bahan sumber energi dengan tepung tongkol jagung fermentasi yang diberi Zn biokompleks pada pakan konsentrat. The data collection method used in this study is the survey method. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data sourced from primary data and secondary data. The sampling method is carried out in four stages, namely the stage of determining sample sub-districts and villages using the purposive sampling method, the stage of determining sample breeders is carried out randomly non-proportional sampling and the determination of sample traders using the snowball sampling technique. The data analysis method used is marketing analysis including farmer's share, marketing cost, profit maximization, and marketing efficiency. The results of the study showed that the farmer's share of goat livestock marketing in Nagekeo Regency was 52.15%, the sub-district collector was 65.17%, and the district collector trader was 100%. The total marekting cost of sub-district collector traders and district collector traders is IDR 1,100,000, marketing profit of sub-district collector traders is IDR 322,952, district collector traders are IDR 406,333, and financing efficiency is 28.77%. The results of the study show that goat livestock marketing in Nagekeo Regency has not been efficient.</p> <p>Suatu penelitian telah dilakukan di Kabupaten Nagekeo, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme pemasaran, <em>farmer’s share, marketing cost, marketing profit</em> dan efisiensi pemasaran ternak kambing di Kabupaten Nagekeo. Metode penelitan ini adalah metode survei untuk memperoleh data primer dan data sekunder. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode penentuan contoh dilakukan dalam empat tahap. Tahap pertama penentuan kecamatan contoh menggunakan metode <em>purposive sampling</em>.Tahap ke dua penentuan desa/kelurahan contoh juga &nbsp;menggunakan metode <em>purposive sampling</em>. Tahap ke tiga penentuan peternak contoh dilakukan secara acak <em>non proporsional</em> dan tahap ke empat penetuan pedagang contoh menggunakan teknik <em>snow ball sampling</em>. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis pemasaran meliputi <em>farmer’s share, marketing cost, marketing profit </em>dan efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa &nbsp;<em>farmer’s share</em> pemasaran ternak kambing di Kabupaten Nagekeo sebesar 52,15%, pedagang pengumpul kecamatan sebesar 65,17% dan pedagang pengumpul kabupaten sebesar 100%. The sample of this study consisted of 100 pig farmers in 5 villages in Satar Mese Barat District, namely Hilihintir, Cambir Leca, Ceka Luju, Satar Luju, and Satar Lenda villages. This study used a survey method with primary data collection through direct interviews with farmers and secondary data from related sources. This study used descriptive analysis to analyze the effectiveness level, <em>Confirmatory Factor Analysis </em>(CFA) and Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The analysis results show that the effectiveness level of pig farming development is 81.10% categorized as highly effective. This study was conducted to determine the<br>effect of the use of liquid smoke from kesambi leaves (Schleichera oleosa) on the water content, pH,<br>and microbiology of se'i goat meat. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting<br>of four treatments and four replications. The treatments included P0 (goat meat without liquid smoke),<br>P1 (using 1% liquid smoke), P2 (using 3% liquid smoke), and P3 (using 6% liquid smoke). The<br>variables observed in this study included water content, pH, Escherichia coli (E. coli), and Total Plate<br>Count (TPC). The results of the study showed that the use of liquid smoke from kesambi leaves did not<br>have a significant effect (P&gt;0.05) on water content, pH, Escherichia coli and Total Plate Count. In<br>conclusion, the use of 1%, 3%, and 6% liquid smoke showed no significant differences in the water<br>content, pH, and microbiological values of se'i goat meat.</p> <p>Daging se'i merupakan produk olahan tradisional di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, yang diminati dan<br>dikenal luas oleh masyarakat khususnya di Kupang. Thei Wald Teist showeid that pricei (p = 0.032), product quality (p = 0.094), and location (p = 0.066) significantly influeincei purchasing deicisions (p &lt; 0.10), whilei product varieity and seirvicei do not. In conclusion, purchasing deicisions arei morei influeinceid by affordablei priceis, good product quality, and a strateigic location.</p> <p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apa yang orang pikirkan ketika mereka membeli bakso di Rumah Makan Roso Joyo di Kota Kalabahi, Kabupaten Alor. Penelitian dilakukan selama satu tahun, dan data dikumpulkan pada Maret 2025, dengan 180 reispondein. Data yang digunakan beirupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, diperoleih meilalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik biner untuk meingukur pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, varian produk, lokasi, dan pelayanan teirhadap keiputusan peimbeilian. Hasil Uji G meinunjukkan nilai signifikansi seibeisar 0,026 (&lt; 0,10), meinandakan modeil layak digunakan dan variabeil-variabeil teirseibut beirpeingaruh seicara simultan. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a complete random design pattern (RAL) consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replicates. The treatment used is LI-0 (coffee husks without inoculum), LI-10 (coffee husks + fresh cow feces solution 10 ml), LI-20 (coffee husks + fresh cow feces solution 20 ml), LI-30 (coffee husks + fresh cow feces solution 30 ml), and LI-40 (coffee husks + fresh cow feces solution 40 ml). The variables observed were <em>the content of neutral detergent fiber </em>(NDF), <em>acid detergent fiber</em> (ADF), digestibility of NDF and ADF in <em>vitro</em>. The data collected was analyzed using multiple fingerprint analysis (ANOVA) and followed by the Duncan multiple distance test. The results of this study showed that the average NDF content (%) was LI-0 (57.19); LI-10 (64.16); LI-20 (65.18); LI-30 (69.03); LI-40 (63.92); ADF content (%) LI-0 (50.27); LI-10 (57.70); LI-20 (58.71); LI-30 (63.55); LI-40 (58.49); indigestion of NDF (%) LI-0 (35.48); LI-10 (32.41); LI-20 (32.55); LI-30 (34.64); LI-40 (32.08); digestibility ADF (%) LI-0 (32.95); LI-10 (30.08); LI-20 (29.33); LI-30 (30.31); LI-40 (28,57). The results of statistical analysis showed that the inoculum level of fresh cow fecal solution had a real effect (P&lt;0.05) on NDF and ADF content, and an intangible effect (P&gt;0.05) on the digestibility of NDF and ADF in <em>vitro</em>. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the higher the inoculum level of fresh cow fecal solution in the fermentation of coffee husks, there was an increase in NDF and ADF content, while the digestibility of NDF and ADF showed the same results at all levels of inoculum.</p> <p>&nbsp;Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek level inokulum dari larutan feses sapi segar pada kadar serta kecernaan NDF dan ADF secara <em>in vitro </em>pada kulit kopi fermentasi. Metode pergunakan dalam &nbsp;&nbsp;studi ini metode percobaan dengan pola rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) meliputi 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan.
