Laporan Kegiatan Sistem Informasi Pendataan Jemaat Berbasis Web di GMIT Bethesda Tarus Tengah

Pendataan jemaat di GMIT Jemaat Bethesda Tarus Tengah masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang mendukung pengelolaan administrasi gereja. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pendataan jemaat berbasis web menggunakan metode Waterfall. Sistem yang dibangun menyediakan pengelolaan data jemaat, keluarga, jabatan, dan sakramen, serta mampu membantu administrasi gereja menjadi lebih tertata dan efisien.

Penerapan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Pada SMP Negeri 2 Kupang

Pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran, namun pada SMP Negeri 2 Kupang pengelolaan perpustakaan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya efisiensi pelayanan dan tingginya risiko kesalahan pencatatan data. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis aplikasi guna meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, pengembangan sistem, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada petugas perpustakaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang diterapkan mampu mengelola data buku, peminjaman dan pengembalian, riwayat peminjaman, serta laporan perpustakaan secara terkomputerisasi. Penerapan sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi kerja petugas dan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi penting untuk mendukung pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah secara optimal.

The Impact of Climate Change Community Empowerment in Water Resource Monitoring and the Conservation of the Baumata Karst Area as an Effort to Sustain Spring Water Resources in Kupang Regency

Baumata Village, located in Taebenu District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, is a karst area that plays a crucial ecological role as a groundwater recharge zone and a major spring water source utilized by local communities and the regional water utility company (PDAM). The Baumata forest area contributes significantly to maintaining hydrological balance; however, increasing human activities may threaten environmental quality and water sustainability. Therefore, strengthening community capacity in forest conservation and participatory water resource monitoring is essential. This community service program was initiated by the Mining Engineering Study Program to improve public awareness regarding the ecological functions of karst ecosystems and forest conservation while providing technical training on spring discharge measurement and rainfall monitoring using ombrometers. The implementation methods included community outreach, technical training, practical demonstrations, installation of rainfall gauges, and mentoring activities. The results indicated a significant improvement in community understanding of the relationship between forest cover, rainfall patterns, and water availability. Community members were able to independently operate discharge measurement instruments and rainfall gauges and understood the importance of regular hydrological data recording. The program successfully fostered collective awareness and active participation in conserving the Baumata forest area as a critical component of the karst hydrological system. This initiative may serve as a sustainable community-based water resource management model for karst regions in Kupang Regency.

Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Digital MIS Al Fitrah Oesapa

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong institusi pendidikan untuk mengadopsi sistem digital dalam menunjang kegiatan administrasi dan pembelajaran, termasuk pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah. MIS Al-Fitrah Oesapa sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan di Kota Kupang masih mengelola perpustakaan secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti pencatatan data yang kurang efisien, kesulitan dalam pencarian koleksi buku, serta potensi kesalahan pada proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Digital yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah secara lebih efektif, terstruktur, dan terintegrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait di lingkungan MIS Al-Fitrah Oesapa untuk memperoleh gambaran kebutuhan sistem yang sesuai dengan kondisi nyata. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pada tahap perancangan, sistem dimodelkan menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Flowchart, dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) untuk menggambarkan struktur basis data serta alur proses sistem. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Digital yang mencakup pengelolaan data buku, data anggota, data kelas, serta transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku dengan penerapan aturan bisnis perpustakaan, termasuk pembatasan jumlah peminjaman, lama peminjaman, dan perhitungan denda keterlambatan secara otomatis. Sistem yang dirancang diharapkan dapat membantu pustakawan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta mendukung pengelolaan perpustakaan yang lebih tertib dan terkomputerisasi di MIS Al-Fitrah Oesapa.

SOSIALISASI SOSIALISASI DAN PENGENALAN PEMBALUT WANITA BERKUALITAS SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN KANKER SERVIKS

Abstract

Women's reproductive health is one of the important indicators in public health development. One disease that still poses a serious threat to women is Cervical Cancer. This disease is generally caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection, but other risk factors such as low awareness of reproductive organ hygiene also play a role in increasing vulnerability to this disease. In addition, low awareness of reproductive organ hygiene, the use of feminine products that do not meet health standards, as well as lack of education about proper menstrual hygiene practices. One aspect that is often overlooked is the selection of safe and quality sanitary pads. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and awareness of women in the Ekam area, Kotabes Village, regarding the importance of recognizing quality sanitary pads as an effort to prevent reproductive health disorders, including cervical cancer. The methods used include counseling, product demonstrations, and evaluations. The material provided includes an introduction to cervical cancer, the importance of maintaining reproductive organ hygiene, characteristics of quality sanitary pads, and the correct way to use sanitary pads. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge after attending the socialization, indicated by the difference in scores between the pre-test and post-test. In addition, participants also showed a more positive attitude toward the importance of maintaining hygiene during menstruation and became more selective in choosing sanitary pad products.

EDUKASI DAN PENDAMPINGAN TATA KELOLA SAMPAH BERKELANJUTAN MELALUI PENDEKATAN 3R DI BANK SAMPAH BARANANG SIANG KOTA BOGOR

Low public awareness and a limited waste disposal system are the main causes of environmental damage resulting from the accumulation of trash. This community service program was designed to address the issue of illegal dumping by implementing the 3R method (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). This initiative aims to foster community self-reliance in waste management, improve environmental hygiene, and revitalize the local economy. The program was implemented in Baranang Siang Village, Bogor City, through outreach and periodic mentoring. The results of these activities demonstrate positive changes, as evidenced by increased public understanding and awareness of ideal waste management practices. Additionally, the program successfully initiated the formation of independent waste bank management groups to ensure the program’s sustainability. These waste banks play a crucial role, not only as facilities for sorting waste materials but also as catalysts for the circular economy by converting economically valuable inorganic waste into alternative income for residents. Through educational interventions and community capacity-building, this program has proven effective in changing residents’ behavior and creating a waste management system that is both financially and socially sustainable at the local level.
