Abstract

Each forecourt of these culinary buildings is directly adjacent to the pedestrian path (pedestrian). Thus, when at certain times, many visitors visit the commercial building, and the parking area provided will need to be improved. Visitors are directed to park in the pedestrian area. The method used in data collection and data processing is field observation, as well as by using some literature studies to find out more about the causes and solutions that can be taken, as well as using theories and regulations related to the correct pattern of parking spaces on roads. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the availability of parking space for each commercial building on Jalan Ciater Barat and Jalan Raya Rawa Buntu almost does not meet the number of visitor vehicles. So it will be necessary to design a design that can accommodate all vehicles, with a parking area not far from the commercial area, namely parallel parking along the road.
