Pengembangan Infrastruktur Prioritas di Kawasan Wisata Pantai Oesapa Kota Kupang

Abstract

The Oesapa Beach area is one of the favorite recreational destinations for the people of Kupang. The main tourist attractions in the area include Warna Beach, Nunsui Beach, and Batu Nona Beach. In addition, fishing villages with their distinctive socio-cultural life can also be a tourist attraction that can be developed. The purpose of this research is to analyze the infrastructure needed in the Oesapa Beach tourism area of Kupang City. The study objectives of this research are to assess the existing condition of infrastructure in the Oesapa Beach tourism area of Kupang City, analyze the level of importance of infrastructure in the Oesapa Beach tourism area of Kupang City, provide recommendations for green infrastructure development direction based on the level of importance analysis. To determine the infrastructure characteristics, qualitative descriptive analysis is used, while to determine the level of importance of Oesapa Beach tourism in Kupang City, IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) analysis is used, and to develop recommendations for infrastructure development direction, qualitative descriptive analysis is used. The result of this research is the identification of priority infrastructure in Oesapa beach tourism area that supports the fisheries sector and service trade, namely: 1) provision of domestic waste management facilities and provision of clean water network systems; 2) handling of potholed road conditions and paving on road lanes that are still pavement; 3) improving transportation mode facilities that are more comfortable and feasible, improving telecommunications performance, improving the performance of the electricity network and improving transportation support facilities in the Oesapa beach tourism area following the development of the area.
