Principals who have a transformative, participatory, and visionary leadership style are able to create a school culture that supports the continuous development of teacher professionalism. This study aims to examine in depth the role of principal leadership in improving elementary school teacher professionalism through a literature study approach from various current academic sources. Teacher professionalism is not only seen from the aspects of pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies, but also from attitudes towards lifelong learning, involvement in curriculum development, and adaptation to changes in 21st century education. The results of the study show that effective leadership can encourage teachers to innovate, collaborate, and increase their professional commitment and responsibility. Principals also play a role in providing training, conducting constructive supervision, and creating a positive and supportive work environment. These findings confirm that principals are not only administrative managers, but also strategic learning leaders. Therefore, strengthening the leadership capacity of principals is crucial to encourage educational transformation at the elementary school level. National Assessment data shows that Indonesian students' reading ability is still below average, and this challenge is exacerbated by the lack of contextual and relevant learning approaches for students. This article aims to analyze the role of local wisdom as a strategy in improving Indonesian language literacy competency in elementary school students through literature studies. Local wisdom as an expression of local community culture provides learning resources that are not only rich in moral and cultural values, but also in line with the context of students' lives. In this study, various scientific references are used to review the role of local culture-based learning media such as folklore, pantun, regional poetry, and traditional drama in shaping reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. The results of the study show that the integration of local culture can provide a more meaningful learning experience, increase student motivation, and strengthen mastery of the Indonesian language. Through contextual learning that utilizes the richness of regional culture, students not only gain literacy skills, but also strengthen their cultural identity and the nation's noble values. Amidst the challenges of globalization and the increasingly rapid flow of digital culture, PAI becomes an important foundation in forming a child's personality that is religious, ethical, and has noble character. This literature study aims to examine the contribution of PAI in instilling moral and ethical values ​​through a holistic and contextual learning approach. This article reviews various literature from relevant national and international journals, published in the last five years. The results of the study show that PAI material integrated with reflective activities, habituation, and teacher role models are able to foster ethical awareness, a sense of social responsibility, and children's ability to distinguish between good and bad behavior from an early age. Meaningful PAI learning not only covers cognitive aspects, but also touches on the affective and psychomotor domains of children. This finding strengthens the urgency of strengthening religious education that is not merely doctrinal, but transformative and applicable in students' daily lives. This literature study aims to analyze the integration of local culture of the Baduy community in learning Indonesian Language and Literature in elementary schools from a multicultural education perspective. Baduy culture, which is full of traditional values, simplicity, and harmony with nature, is a rich and authentic source of learning to shape character and broaden students' insight into diversity. This study uses a literature study method by reviewing various sources such as scientific journals, reference books, and research reports related to the topic of local cultural integration, learning Indonesian Language and Literature, and multicultural education. The results of the analysis show that folklore, traditional pantun, and traditional Baduy expressions can be used as teaching materials that not only enrich language competence but also instill local wisdom values. In addition, thematic and contextual approaches have proven effective in aligning local cultural materials with the Indonesian Language curriculum. This study recommends the importance of teacher training, development of locally-based teaching media, and educational policies that support cultural integration in the curriculum. Elementary schools, as the foundation of character education, have an important role in internalizing these values ​​through various approaches, one of which is through music education. This literature study aims to explore how music arts education can be an effective strategy in instilling democratic and tolerance values ​​in elementary school environments. This study examines various national and international literature sources related to the relationship between music activities, student collaboration, and character building. The results of the study show that participatory music activities, such as ensembles, choirs, and collaborative compositions, create a space that encourages cooperation, equal roles, mutual listening, and appreciation of differences. In addition, traditional music from various regions taught in schools also strengthens appreciation for cultural diversity and values ​​of tolerance. Music arts education not only trains artistic skills, but also becomes a strong social and emotional medium in building empathy and openness between students. This study recommends strengthening music learning policies in elementary schools as part of character education, especially in forming democratic and tolerant citizens. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan belajar siswa kelas IV dalam mata pelajaran PPKn di SDN SN Antasan Besar 7 Banjarmasin, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa, khususnya siswa berinisial KYP, mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi, memahami intruksi dan soal-soal, konsentrasi dan perhatian yang rendah, serta rendahnya partisipasi dan interaksi dalam pembelajaran. Kesulitan tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor internal meliputi gangguan konsentrasi, rendahnya kemampuan kognitif, kurangnya literasi dan belajar hanya dalam kelas, kurangnya kepercayaan diri, rendahnya minat dan motivasi belajar, sedangkan faktor eksternal, yaitu metode pembelajaran monoton dan kurangnya dukungan keluarga. Anak dengan perkembangan kognitif yang belum optimal cenderung mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami instruksi, mengingat informasi, menyelesaikan tugas, dan berinteraksi secara sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara perkembangan kognitif dan kemampuan belajar peserta didik, serta merumuskan implikasi pembelajaran berdasarkan tahap kognitif anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang dilakukan terhadap dua peserta didik kelas 2 SDN Teluk Tiram 2. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan perkembangan kognitif berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi, kurangnya pemahaman konsep, dan ketergantungan belajar. Sebaliknya, peserta didik dengan kognisi yang lebih berkembang menunjukkan kemandirian dan partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran. Latar belakangnya diambil dari hasil observasi dan wawancara di lapangan, tepatnya di SDN Teluk Tiram 2, di mana ada peserta didik yang tampak kesulitan menyelesaikan soal-soal perkalian, bahkan yang tergolong dasar. Kondisi ini tidak hanya berdampak pada nilai dalam pelajaran matematika, tetapi juga memengaruhi rasa percaya diri dan minat peserta didik tersebut terhadap mata pelajaran tersebut. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui proses observasi langsung, wawancara dengan peserta didik dan guru, serta dokumentasi pembelajaran. Seluruh data kemudian dianalisis secara tematik untuk menggali pola-pola masalah yang muncul.Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa hambatan belajar yang dialami peserta didik bersumber dari berbagai aspek. Faktor internal seperti kurangnya motivasi belajar, rendahnya minat terhadap matematika, lemahnya daya ingat, dan rasa percaya diri yang rendah menjadi penyebab utama. Di sisi lain, faktor eksternal juga memainkan peran besar, seperti minimnya keterlibatan orang tua, metode mengajar yang cenderung satu arah, dan terbatasnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih ramah, menarik, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Selain itu, dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar baik dari pendidik maupun orang tua juga sangat penting untuk membantu peserta didik mengatasi kesulitannya.
