Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang pekerja sosial, dua orang instruktur keterampilan dan dua orang penerima manfaat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan keabsahan data adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam bimbingan keterampilan bagi penerima manfaat, terdapat 7 (tujuh) tahap yang dilakukan oleh pekerja sosial yaitu tahap akses, tahap intake dan engagement, tahap asesmen, tahap perencanaan, tahap implementasi, tahap monitoring dan evaluasi dan pascalayanan dan terminasi. Pekerja sosial dalam bimbingan keterampilan memiliki peran sebagai fasilitator, motivator, mediator, pemungkin (<em>enabler</em>), konselor dan pendidik (<em>educator</em>). Faktor pendukung bimbingan yaitu adanya kerja sama antara peksos dan instruktur, dukungan dana dari APBN Kemensos, motivasi penerima manfaat yang baik, keikhlasan peksos, fasilitas yang memadai dan kurikulum yang fleksibel. Data on illiteracy taken by researchers on October 25 <br>2022 at the Malacca Regency education office found that the number of<br>illiterates in 2022 will be 500 illiterates. The aim is to analyze the<br>implementation of the basic literacy program at PKBM Ina Malaka and the<br>impact of implementing the literacy program. The method used is a<br>qualitative method. The technique used to collect data is interviews. As a<br>result of the research, several findings can be found, namely that the<br>implementation of the basic literacy program carried out by PKBM Ina<br>Makala was carried out in several stages, namely the planning stage,<br>implementation stage, evaluation stage, in carrying out the program. Pacaran berfungsi sebagai tahap pencocokan diri<br>dan bertujuan untuk menuju hubungan yang lebih serius, namun sering kali dalam<br>hubungan berpacaran diwarnai dengan kekerasan. Kekerasan dalam hubungan berpacaran<br>adalah fenomena yang sering terjadi disekitar kehidupan dan menempati peringkat ke dua<br>kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan, namun masih banyak orang bahkan korban tidak<br>menyadari hal tersebut.<br>Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenalogi dengan teknik <br>wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Informan<br>penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Nusa Cendana di Kota Kupang yang terdiri dari<br>7 (tujuh) orang sebagai korban kekerasan seksual dalam hubungan berpacaran. Tujuan <br>penelitian ini untuk menemukan faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan seksual dalam <br>hubungan berpacaran pada mahasiswa universitas nusa cendana. Dalam penelitian ini <br>ditemukan bahwa kekerasan seksual dalam hubungan berpacaran disebabkan oleh faktor <br>internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kurangnya pengetahuan dan <br>keterampilan menghindari kekerasan, mispersepsi diri, tidak merasa bersalah, afeksi dan <br>harapan, ketidakmampuan mengungkapkan ketidaksetujuan, dorongan seksual dan sikap <br>manipulatif, adapun faktor yang paling dominan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan <br>keterampilan menghindari kekersan dan mispersepsi diri. Therefore, efforts are made to keep children <br>participating in the program, even though there are still obstacles. Descriptive <br>qualitative research method with a case study approach. The location of the research <br>was at the Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of Social Welfare of Riang Children in <br>Naibonat Village, East Kupang District, Kupang Regency. The subjects of the study are <br>Heads, Employees, Agricultural Instructors and Beneficiary Children. Data collection <br>uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. Then a data validity test <br>and data analysis were carried out. The results of the study showed four classifications <br>of Life Skills (1) Personal Skills, children choose programs that are of interest and are able <br>to understand them after practice. (2) Social Skills, lack of interaction, so that the <br>instructor divides the children into several groups and is given socialization. (3) <br>Academic Skills, the instructor does not prepare modules or syllabus and there is no <br>assessment, only general explanation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran tradisi <em>okomama </em>dalam komunikasi sosial masyarakat di Desa Fenun, Kecamatan Amanatun Selatan, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengn pendekatan deskriptif serta berlokasi di Fenun, Kecamatan Amanatun Selatan, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala Desa Fenun dan kasie kesra, tokoh adat, serta masyarakat Desa Fenun. Teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi ditetapkan menjadi teknik pengumpulan data. Tahap-tahap analisis data dimulai dari proses pengumpulan data, kemudian data direduksi dan disajikan, lalu yang terakhir menyimpulkan keseluruhan data. Uji keabsahan data terdiri dari triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. &nbsp;Dari hasil temuan di lapangan menyiratkan bahwa warga Desa Fenun, Kecamatan Amanatun Selatan, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan masih menggunakan <em>okomama </em>dalam komunikasi sosial karena di dalamnya terdapat unsur-unsur komunikasi sosial yakni sumber merupakan pihak yang berperan untuk memberikan suatu pesan atau informasi kepada pihak penerima atau individu lainnya. Sexual violence against women, especially adolescents, occurs because adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood which puts adolescents in an unstable state. This research uses qualitative research methods and a case study approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documents. The results of this study are that the support services provided by SSP provide emotional support, counselling services, shelter services, legal assistance and education. SSP is a safe place for women to share their experiences and get help from counsellors who deal with issues of violence against women. The sources of information for this research are people who are directly involved in the mentoring process. The findings of this study will discuss the SSP programme in providing services to adolescent survivors of sexual violence, which includes 1) Stages of the mentoring process for survivors. 2) The challenges of mentoring in supporting survivors 3) The impact/benefits of mentoring for survivors after receiving services from SSP. The primary focus of the study was the influence of extracurricular activities on improving student character, with the aim of explaining the contribution of scouting efforts in fostering student character development at Attin Namosain Junior High School in Kupang. This study employed a qualitative descriptive methodology, providing a comprehensive overview of the implications of scouting. According to Sugiyono (2019:9), qualitative research is characterized by the researcher serving as the primary instrument, with data analysis conducted through an inductive approach. To collect relevant data, the researchers used techniques such as observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings of this investigation indicate that initiatives aimed at improving student character are being implemented effectively. The study concluded that scouting plays a significant role, as evidenced by the character values developed through scouting activities and the role of the instructors in carrying out their roles. The extracurricular function of scouting plays a very influential role in improving student character. Scouting efforts provide important character values, including discipline, responsibility, cooperation, leadership, and social awareness among its members. Through numerous activities, students not only develop practical competencies but also cultivate stronger character, which then influences their attitudes and behavior in daily life.
