Abstract

ABSTRACT -This study aims to determine: 1) the significant effect of the application of the project-based learning
model on the learning outcomes of class XI Multimedia in the subject of graphic design printing at SMK Negeri 6
Kupang, 2) how much is the application of the project-based learning model to class student learning outcomes XI
Multimedia on the subject of printing graphic design at SMK Negeri 6 Kupang.The research method used is quasiexperimental,
the research design is quasi-experimental design with a quasi control group design. This study has two
groups as research subjects, namely the experimental class and the control class. Data collection was carried out
through pre-test and post-test. The data analysis used was the analysis requirements test with the normality test and
homogeneity test and the hypothesis test with the paired sample t-test and the independent sample t-test with
assistance (SPSS).The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence on the application of the
project-based learning model on student learning outcomes, because a significant value (2-tailed) that is 0.000 is
obtained because the probability is 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the
project-based learning model on outcomes student learning and the influence is as big as 8.6%.
