Abstract

Abstract - The implementation of dual system education (PSG) in Indonesia still requires continuous improvement. The results of
education and training of qualified SMK students are needed as a process of creating reliable personnel needed by the state and
society. SMK, as one of the providers of ready-to-use personnel for preparing skilled workers, must plan PSG through the
management of cooperation with DU and DI. By reviewing previous PSG models that have been implemented, this study seeks to
provide a model recommendation as a summary of the study of effective PSG management models to improve the competence of
SMK students.
