Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Cisco Packet Tracer Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Kupang

Abstract

Abstract -This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of using Cisco packet tracer media on the learning outcomes of class XI TKJ students in the subject of Network Infrastructure Administration; (2) What is the effect of student learning outcomes when using Cisco packet tracer media on network infrastructure administration subjects with dynamic routing simulation material in Class XI TKJ SMK Negeri 4 Kupang.
The research method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design with Quasi Control Group Design. This study has two groups as research subjects, namely the experimental class and the control class. Collecting data through pre-test and post-test. Analysis of the data used is the analysis requirements test with normality test and homogeneity test as well as hypothesis testing with simple regression analysis and independent samples t-test with the help of Statistic Product and Service Solution (SPSS).
The results showed that the results of simple regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 61.351 + 0.427X obtained t_hitung> t_table (7,315> 2.003) and the significance was 0.000 <0.05 then there was an influence between Cisco packet tracer software on student learning outcomes in the subject of network infrastructure administration. class XI TKJ SMK Negeri 4 Kupang. Based on the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.325 or 32.5% and the results of the independent sample t-test, it shows that t_count has a value of 3.715 and t_table is obtained 2.003. Therefore, t_hitung>t_tabel (3.715 > 2.003) and its significance is 0.000 <0.05. So the Cisco packet tracer software has a significant influence on student learning outcomes in the subject of network infrastructure administration class XI TKJ SMK Negeri 4 Kupang.
