The research<br>method used in this research is waterfal research which is one of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) models<br>which is often used in developing information systems or software systems. Systematic and sequential software<br>development that starts at the level and progress of the system to analysis, design, code, test, and maintenance. The<br>research instrument for web-based administrative information systems was in the form of a questionnaire with research<br>data sources consisting of 1 media expert and 29 students who were still active in the Electrical Engineering Education<br>Department. The results of this study after going through several stages of usability testing, and functionality. It can be<br>concluded that the design of a web-based electronic mail administration information system in the electrical engineering<br>education study program was declared successful, because it was able to provide convenience according to the needs<br>and functions of the system created. The<br>results showed that: (1) The stages in designing a power bank for indihome muden are starting with designing a model<br>and drawing a series of power bank tools, determining the appropriate power bank circuit components, connecting<br>cables to each component. (2) The performance of the power bank tool in measuring the initial voltage and final voltage<br>of the current in the power bank is shown by the average initial voltage and final voltage of the measurement results with<br>a digital voltmeter for more than 1 month, respectively 12.1 and 9.9. (3) The average initial current and final current of<br>the power bank measurement results using a digital ammeter are 0.23 and 0.33, respectively. This study has two<br>groups as research subjects, namely the experimental class and the control class. Data collection was carried out<br>through pre-test and post-test. Based on the calculation results, the function results can be said to be good with X greater than 0 and smaller<br>equal to 1. With these results, the web-based ebenhaezer matani church information system is feasible to use to support<br>information systems in congregations because the system has passed the feeder function. Based on the test results, the<br>quality of the software in the usability aspect resulted in a total score of 437 which was converted to an index scale<br>obtaining a value of 91.04% then showing 91.04% leading to quality resulting in a "decent" rating scale. So that it can be<br>stated that the web-based value data processing information system has fulfilled the usability aspect, declared worthy of<br>use. (4) The average working voltage of the ultrasonic sensor is<br>5,28 [Volt]. (5) There is very significant influence between the working frequency of the ultrasonic sensor on the working<br>voltage of the ultrasonic sensor.
