QUALITY CONTROL OF TENGTENG BEAN PRODUCTS IN WINDA TENGTENG UKM IN TESABELA VILLAGE, PANTAI NEW DISTRICT ROTE NDAO
Abstract
Qualityis an approach taken by the company, to improve ist output, reduce production costs and increase production. In thisstudy researchehers focused on tengteng beans in Winda tengteng. Because the production of tengteng beans is in great demand compared to other commodities. From the rational above, the researchers conducted research related to the quality of tengteng bean production, the factors that influence product defetcts in Winda Tengteng SMEs in Tesabela Village, Pantai Baru District, Rote Ndao Regency and how to the reduce product defectsin tengteng peanut production. How is the quality of tengteng beans, to find out the factors causing product defects and to analyze and explain product defects in Winda Tenteng SMEs usinga causal diagram. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative qualitative method. The result of this study can be concluded that the quality control of the tengtteng bean products has been carried out properly starting from the input, process and output so that it can produce quality tengteng benas. The factors that cause defective products are mostly caused by employees, equipment and work methods. Improvements fpr companies based on the size of the costs incurred dan urgent repairs and standard operating procedures (SOP) as work guides for Winda Tengteng SMEs
