PENGARUH MODAL KERJA DAN RASIO AKTIVITAS TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS (Pada Perusahaan Teknologi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia)
Abstract
Profitability is the company’s ability to earn profits in relation to sales, total assets and own capital. This research aims to examine the effect of working capital and activity ratios on probability in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The research approach used is quantitative. The population in this study consists of 44 companies, with a sample of 8 companies selected. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The data source in this research uses secondary data with the data collection technique being documentation technique. The data analysis technique in this research uses panel data analysis, hypothesis testing from the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that working capital has a significant negative effect on profitability in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the activity ratio has an insignificant positive effect on profitability in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneously, woeking capital and ativity ratio has a significant effect on profitability in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
