PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PLN (PERSERO) UNIT PELAKSANA PEMBANGKITAN (UPK) TIMOR
Abstract
The title of this research is "The Effect of Organizational Climate on Employee Productivity at the Office of PT PLN (PERSERO) Timor Generating Unit (UPK). The main problems in this study are 1) How is the employee's perception of the organizational climate and employee work productivity at the Office of PT PLN (PERSERO) Timor Generation Implementation Unit (UPK) 2) How is the influence of organizational climate on employee work productivity at the Office of PT PLN (PERSERO) Timor Generation Implementation Unit (UPK). The population in this study is the number of employees who work at PT PLN (PERSERO) Timor Generation Implementation Unit (UPK) as many as 52 people. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods and to analyze the data used simple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 23 program. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that the organizational climate on employee work productivity is included in the very good category. Based on statistical data analysis, the results of the t test show that the independent variable has a significant positive effect on the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination test results amounted to 17.1%, while the remaining 82.9% was influenced by other variables outside this study. It is recommended that it needs to be improved in the responsibility section in terms of managing time at work so that employee productivity at PT PLN (PERSERO) Timor Generation Implementation Unit (UPK) will continue to increase.
