PERENCANAAN PRODUKSI KERUPUK SINGKONG PADA USAHA KECIL IBU WELHELMINA SUNBANU DI DESA OELETSALA KECAMATAN TAEBENU KABUPATEN KUPANG

Abstract

This study aims to find out and explain the production planning of cassava crackers in the small business of Mrs. Welhelmina Sunbanu, Oeletsala Village, Taebenu District, Kupang Regency.   The   data   collection   techniques   in   this   study   are   interviews,   observations, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use Linear Trends and Break Even Points (BEP). The results of the Linear Trend  calculation show that  in April,  Welhelmina Sunbanu's small business of cassava crackers is predicted to sell as many as 1,965 cassava crackers, in May as many as 2,023 cassava crackers and in June as many as 2,081 cassava cracker.The results of the Break Even Point  (BEP) analysis show that if Mrs. Welhelmina Sunbanu produces 1,531 cassava crackers or around Rp. 3,711,739, then the company does not get any profit or loss. If the company produces cassava crackers below the BEP point, the company will suffer a loss, on the other hand, if the company produces cassava crackers above the BEP point, the company will experience a profit.
