PENGARUH PERILAKU KEUANGAN TERHADAP KINERJA PELAKU USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH DI KELURAHAN MERDEKA KOTA KUPANG

Abstract

The research is entitled "The Influence of Financial Behavior on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Merdeka Subdistrict, Kupang City" with the formulation of the problem in this research "How is the Influence of Financial Behavior on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Merdeka Subdistrict, Kupang City?". The aim of this research is to determine the influence of financial behavior on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises in Merdeka Village, Kupang City. The research approach used in this research is associative quantitative. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary data. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely analyzing data that processes data from respondent surveys. In determining the sample using the probability sampling method using saturated sampling. and the sample used in this research was 30 business actors in Merdeka Village, Kupang City as primary data. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to business actors. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, T test and Determination Coefficient (r2). The results of this research indicate that financial behavior does not have a significant effect on the performance of business actors in Merdeka Village, Kupang City. The suggestion from this research is for business actors in Merdeka Subdistrict, Kupang City to implement record keeping in their businesses so that they know better financial management behavior and for further research to be able to take other variables with a larger population from different business actors.
