PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KSP KOPDIT TIMAU INDAH KUPANG
Abstract
The Influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at KSP Kopdit Timau Indah Kupang (under the guidance of Soleman Nub and Struce Andryani) This research aims to (1) determine job satisfaction and employee performance at KSP Kopdit Timau Indah Kupang (2) to determine and explain the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance at KSP Kopdit Timau Indah Kupang, and the benefit of this research is to enrich knowledge regarding job satisfaction on employee performance. To achieve this goal, a sample of 58 respondents was selected from KSP Kopdit Timau Indah Kupang. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression using the SPSS 26 application. The results of descriptive analysis show that job satisfaction is in the very good category (93.38), and employee performance is in the very good category (92.07). The results of the regression analysis show that the results of the t test for the job satisfaction variable (X) tcount is 9.473 while ttable is 2.003, so the result is tcount (9.473) > ttable (2.003). Based on the results of the t test, the hypothesis states that the influence of job satisfaction partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on R Square, it shows that the contribution of the job satisfaction variable style to employee performance is 61.6%. Meanwhile, 38.4% was influenced by other variables outside the focus of this research. From the results of this analysis, the KSP Kopdit Timau Indah Kupang is expected to always maintain and increase job satisfaction so that employee performance can be carried out efficiently and effectively.
