PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. ANGKASA PURA 1 BANDARA UDARA EL TARI KUPANG
Abstract
The objectives of this research: (1) To test and explain the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura 1 El Tari Kupang Airport. (2) To test and explain the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura 1 El Tari Kupang Airport. (3) To test and explain the influence of compensation and non- physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura 1 El Tari Kupang Airport. Based on statistical data analysis, the t test results show that the two independent variables partially have a significant effect on the dependent variable. The results of the F test show that the independent variable simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on Adjust R Squer, it shows that the contribution of compensation variables and the non-physical work environment to employee performance is 58.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 41.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model, namely work discipline, work motivation and organizational culture (Siagian 2002). From these results, it is hoped that PT Angkasa Pura 1 El Tari Kupang Airport will continue to maintain and improve compensation, the non-physical work environment so that employee performance can be carried out efficiently and effectively.
