PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BANK TABUNGAN PENSIUNAN NASIONAL KANTOR CABANG KUPANG
Abstract
This study aims to (1) describe the organizational culture and work discipline at the National Pension Savings Bank Kupang Branch Office. (2) To test and explain the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the National Retirement Savings Bank Kupang Branch Office. (3) To test and explain the Effect of Work Discipline on the Performance of Creators at the National Pension Savings Bank Kupang Branch Office. (4) To test and explain the organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at the National Retirement Savings Bank Kupang Branch Office. The sample of this study is the National Pension Savings Bank Kupang Branch Office. The sample taken was 52 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Quantitative Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that the perception of employees is the organizational culture in the good category and Work Discipline in the very good category and employee performance in the good category. If you look at the amount of the score, the Employee Performance Variable with a value of 3.61. Based on the results of statistical data analysis, the results of the t-test show that the two independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variables. The results of the F test showed that the independent variable had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. The R square figure is 0.448 or 44.8%. This means that the variables of work discipline are influenced by the variables of organizational culture and work discipline in the regression equation, while the remaining 55.2% is explained by variables outside the variables discussed in this study namely leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction
