PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU PADA PABRIK TAHU BINTANG DI KOTA KUPANG

Abstract

This research aims to determine the control of soybean raw material inventory applied to the Tahu Bintang Factory in Kupang City. The data collection techniques in this study are Observation, Interview, Documentation, and questionnaire. The data processed is in the form of raw material inventory and the need or use of soybean raw materials at the Tahu Bintang Factory in 2022-2024. Meanwhile, the data analysis and calculation techniques use Economic Order Quality (EOQ) and RE Order Point (ROP). Meanwhile, the data analysis and calculation techniques use Economic Order Quality (EOQ) and RE Order Point (ROP). Based on the results of the research using the EOQ method, the number of economical orders for soybean raw materials in 2022 was 4,712 Kg, in 2023 it was 5,499 Kg, and in 2024 it was 5,940 Kg with a frequency of 4 orders. And ROP can be re-ordered when soybean raw materials in the warehouse in 2022 are 50 Kg, in 2023 as much as 60 Kg and in 2024 as much as 70 Kg. The conclusion of this study shows that the application of the EOQ and ROP methods shows a more economical number of orders compared to the method used by the Tahu Bintang Factory method.
