PERENCANAAN LUAS PRODUKSI BATU KALI PADA PT. DHIPA RAYA ABADI, DESA NIKI-NIKI UN, KECAMATAN OENINO, KABUPATEN TIMOR TENGAH SELATAN

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the extensive planning of river stone production at PT Dhipa Raya Abadi.Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use forecasting and Break Event Pont (BEP). The results of sales forecast calculations show that the predicted sales of river stone at PT Dhipa Raya Abadi in 2024 is 11,650 m3, in 2025 it is 13,800 m3 and in 2026 it is 15,950 m3.The results of the Break Event Ponit (BEP) analysis show that if PT Dhipa Raya Abadi produces 1,216 m3 of river stone or Rp. 319.268.421, then PT Dhipa Raya Abadi will not make a profit or suffer a loss because at that point PT Dhipa Raya Abadi is located in a state of return. And if the company produces below the BEP point, the company will experience a loss, and conversely, if the company produces above the BEP point, the company will experience a profit.Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that in planning the production area of PT Dhipa Raya Abadi, it is necessary to carry out balanced supervision or control over the plans that have been made so that they can be carried out according to plan in order to provide maximum profits
