PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA BPR CHRISTA JAYA KUPANG
Abstract
This research aims to (1) determine and explain employee perceptions about compensation, non-physical work environment and employee job satisfaction at BPR Christa Jaya Kupang, (2) to test and explain the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at BPR Christa Jaya Kupang, (3) to test and explain the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at BPR Christa Jaya Kupang, (4) to test and explain the effect of providing compensation and the non-physical work environment simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at BPR Christa Jaya Kupang. The population in this study was all employees at BPR Christa Jaya Kupang, totaling 40 people and the sample used was a saturated sample where all members of the population were sampled. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Inferential Analysis using the SPSS 22 application. The research results show that (1) based on the results of descriptive analysis, employee perceptions of compensation, non-physical work environment and overall employee job satisfaction are in the very good category with the influence of each indicator, (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction employees at BPR Christa Jaya Kupang, (3) the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at BPR Christa Jaya Kupang, (4) compensation and the non-physical work environment simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction at BPR Christa Jaya Kupang.
