Abstract

The Problem In This Study Is How To Control The Quality Of Concrete Terrace Pillar Products At UD. Noelbaki Beton In Kupang Regency And How To Reduce The Factors Causing Defects In Concrete Terrace Pillar Products At UD. Noelbaki Beton In Kupang Regency. While The Purpose Of This Study Is To Find Out And Explain The Quality Control For Concrete Terrace Pillar Products At UD. Noelbaki Beton In Kupang Regency. And Find Out And Explain The Factors Causing Product Defects, As Well As How To Reduce Defects In Concrete Terrace Pillar Products At UD. Noelbaki Kupang In Kupang Regency. This Research Is A Case Study And Focuses On Product Quality Control Research With The Object Of Research, Namely UD. Noelbaki Beton. Data Collection Techniques In This Study Are Observation, Interviews And Documentation. The Analysis Techniques Used In This Study Are Quantitative And Qualitative Data. The Analysis Methods Used In This Study Are Fishbone Diagrams And Pareto Diagrams. The Results Of The Study Indicate That Quality Control At UD. Noelbaki Beton Is Still Not Optimal, As Evidenced By The Presence Of Failed Products Or Defective Products Found. Based On The Results Of The Study During The Period June 2023 - May 2024, 221 Defective Terrace Post Products Were Found, And The Focus Of The Study Was On 25x25cm Concrete Terrace Post Supports, There Were 106 Defective Product Units, With Details Of 44 Broken Units (42%) And 62 Cracked Units (58%). Pareto Diagram Analysis Shows That The Most Dominant Defect Is Cracked Terrace Post Supports. Based On The Fishbone Diagram, It Is Known That The Factors Causing Damage Come From Human/Employee Factors And The Work Methods Used, This Study Provides An Important Overview Of The Factors That Influence Product Quality And Provides A Basis For Efforts To Improve Quality Control At UD. Noelbaki Beton.
