Abstract

This study aims to analyze accounts receivable turnover and profitability at the Tirta Cendana Regional Drinking Water Company (PERUMDA) in TTU Regency. This study uses a case study method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The variables used include Accounts Receivable Turnover, Return on Assets (ROA), and Gross Profit Margin (GPM). The data used are quantitative data sourced from the financial statements of PERUMDA Tirta Cendana Water Drinking Company in TTU Regency for 2021–2023, with data sources consisting of primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis with financial ratio analysis tools. The results show that accounts receivable turnover and profitability as measured by ROA and GPM are related to the company's financial efficiency. ROA shows performance that has met the ideal financial ratio standards, but accounts receivable turnover and GPM are still below the established standards. This indicates the need to improve efficiency in managing accounts receivable and the company's gross profit margin. This study is expected to serve as a reference for management in improving the effectiveness of financial management to achieve more optimal profitability.
