This research was conducted at CV. Berlian Jaya in Lasiana sub-district, Kupang city. The aim of this research is to determine and explain the control of raw material inventory brick at CV. Berlian Jaya. The types of data used in this research are quantitative data and qualitative data. The analysis techniques used in this research are the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) and Reorder point (ROP) methods. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The research results show that in controlling raw materials the company still uses conventional calculations. Over the last 5 years, the company has always experienced an excess in purchasing raw materials, so that this can indirectly disrupt the brick production process and increase storage costs, whereas if you use EOQ calculations, the company can minimize losses by knowing how much raw material is purchased each year, as well as knowing the efficient purchasing frequency and calculating the ROP so that you can know when is the right time to reorder raw materials so as not to experience over stock or excess raw materials
