PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT BANK MANDIRI TASPEN CABANG KUPANG
Abstract
This research aims to know, test and explain job training on performance at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Kupang Branch. This type of research is a quantitative research with data collection methods through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The sample in this study is 31 employees. The analysis technique used is Simple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that job training was in the Very Good category (86.27), and the performance was in the Very Good category (86.82). Based on the regression test, the constant value was 2.930. This means that if Job Training is assumed to be zero (0), then the amount of Employee Performance is 2.930. Thus, the hypothesis in this study reads that the variable of job training, simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on R Square, the contribution of the variable style of job training to employee performance is 80% while 20% is explained by other variables outside this research model, namely length of working time, level of knowledge and mastery of work. From the results of the analysis, PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Kupang Branch, is expected to further improve the skills and responsibilities that have been set to meet the maximum performance ability.
