PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN STUDI DI PT. RAMAYANA LESTARI SENTOSA TERBUKA KUPANG
Abstract
The writer Marni d. Uskono under the quidance of Dr. Frans Gana M.Si as supervisor I and Ricky E. Foeh, SPd, MM as supervisor II. With the title Effect of Working Discipline on Employee Performance PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk, Kupang. The formulation of the problem in this study is How does the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to describe effect of work discipline on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods, with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations, interviews, documentation at the research location. The sample in this study were 67 employees of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk, Kupang using saturated samples. The analysis technique used is linear regression is used to measure the effect between variables. The result showed that the variables of work discipline partially had a significant effect on employee performance PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk, Kupang. The result of the study concluded that work discipline factors is things that need to be considered to improve employee performance so that it is better to realize company goals.
