PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Cv. Sampurna Kupang)
Abstract
This research conducted at CV. Sampurna Kupang. The problems in this research are (1) how are employees perceptions of work motivation and employee performance at CV. Sampurna Kupang? (2) How is the influence of work motivation on employee performance at CV. Sampurna Kupang? The objectives of this research are (1) To describe the employees perceptions of the employees motivation and performance of CV. Sampurna Kupang (2) To ananlyze and describe the influence of motivation on the performance of employees of CV. Sampurna Kupang. This type of research is a quantitative study witd data collection methods through questionnairs, observation, interviews, documentation at the research location. The sample in this study is the total number of employees at CV. Sampurna Kupang, namely 70 employees. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression with using SPSS version 16. Performance of CV. Sampurna Kupang as whole are in the quite good category. (2) The result of the hypothesis testing shoe that work motivation has an influence. Which is positive and significant towards the employee performance of Cv. Sampurna Kupang where the inter result re reinforced by the analysis of determination which shows that motivation tends to affect employee performance.
