The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 26 application. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the non-physical work environment is in the good category (4.02), the Indirect Compensation is in good category (4.14), and employee performance is in the good category (4.08). the results of the regression analysis showed that the results of the t-test of the non-physical work environment variable (X1) tcount of 7.090, while ttable was 2.015, then the result was tcount (7.090) > ttable (2.015). Based on the the result of the t test, the first hypothesis reads that non-physical work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the t-test of the Indirect Compensation variable (X2) tcount is 3.126, while ttable is known to be 2.015, then the result is tcount (3.126) > ttable (2.015). Based on te results of the t test, the second hypothesis reads that the Indirect Compensation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test which show the value of Fcount (67.910) > Ftable (3.21). Thus, the third hypothesis in this study reads that the variables of non-physical work environment and indirect compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the Adjust R Square, it shows the contribution of nonphysical work environment and indirect compensation variables to employee performance by 76%.
