PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS: PT.PLN PERSERO GENERATION TIMOR IMPLEMENTING)
Abstract
The main problems in this study are 1) How are other perceptions of transformational leadership style, motivation and employee performance at PT. PLN Persero UPK TIMOR 2) Does transformational leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN Persero UPK TIMOR 3) Does motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN Persero UPK TIMOR 4) Does transformational leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN Persero UPK TIMOR. The population in this study is the employees who of PT. PLN Persero UPK TIMOR. The samples in this study were employees of PT. PLN Persero UPK TIMOR as many as 52 people. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that transformational leadership style and motivation on employee performance are included in the very strong category. Based on statistical data analysis, the results of the t test show that the two independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable partially. The results of the F test show that the independent variable simultaneously has a significant effect on the dependent variable. The results of the determination coefficient test of 81.7% variation in employee performance variables can be explained by the two independent variables,
while the remaining 38.3% is explained by other variables outside this model. It is recommended that it be maintained and improved by maintaining the relationship between employees and leaders so that the performance at PT. PLN Persero UPK TIMOR will continue to increase.
