Abstract

The problem in this study is how to determine the inventory control of flat corn in the Bujang House business. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the raw material inventory of flat corn in the Bujang House Business. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection techniques, using interview techniques, observation, documentation and literature study. While the data analysis techniques used are EOQ and ROP. The results of existing research can be seen that the EOQ method can help Single House SMEs can be seen from the frequency of the number of orders for raw materials and the difference in total inventory
costs. the total cost of inventory in 2018 to 2020 well. The role of controlling the supply of raw materials is very important, it is hoped that SMEs will obtain quality raw materials that are in accordance with SME standards.
